I love getting biscuits here, but this time it was a huge disappointment. I decided to get a bacon biscuit and a plain biscuit (labeled a butter biscuit). I got a cold bacon biscuit and a biscuit that literally had a melted block of butter in the middle- disgusting. I thought that if you wanted butter or jelly like that you would be provided a packet to spread yourself, not already lathered on. There was so much butter it looked like it was cheese. Could not eat it.

Reason for low rating, three separate times they have messed my order up.
First time giving me a thigh, and two legs in my 3pc, second time again messing the meat up, and tonight with giving me a small mashed potatoes when I ordered a picnic.
The food is good, why I always return, but they don’t seem to confirm what they hand out to customers.

Stopped by the Bojangles in Huntsville and used the drive-thru. I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich, large fries, sweet tea, and ranch. The chicken sandwich tasted great—very similar to Chick-fil-A, though a bit smaller. The fries were excellent, and the ranch sauce was phenomenal. They initially forgot my ranch, but my work trainer ran in and grabbed it quickly. I also appreciated how clean and well-kept the location is—the City of Huntsville even recognized it for area beautification, and it shows with the nice landscaping and modern, clean garbage area. I’ll definitely be back.

This is the best bojangles ever! I have to pick up large breakfast orders for work very often & they’re always so kind! My food is always ready when I get there & I just love the people there!

This is the second time i’ve been in there at 10am and by 1030am .Still, nobody has taken my order at the register so I had to leave, I can’t stand there that long without getting offered a discount. Plus I wanted breakfast and lunch had started!!

Look i love yall but i can taste the difference in staff there. The seasoning its the lightest its ever been, the frys are limpn like they just did a 10k in the rain. Please take this constructive criticism and make my boyangles good again.

My family and I love their breakfast but the last few times they have been dropping the ball and skimping on the food. I ordered a “picnic” size of hash rounds and literally got half of the order. If I’m not going to get what I pay for, then I will refuse business and it’s a shame because my little girls ask for their Bo-berry biscuits all the time.

I happened to pass by this place today and decided to go in. I was surprised by how wonderful the place is and the amazing interior design. It’s classic and elegant, with that fountain. I find it suitable for families and parties. I haven’t tried the food yet, but I’m sure it will be amazing.

Stopped here tonight from out of town. The lady accidently charged me wrong and ran outside to my car to make it right. Says a lot about her character and they should be happy to have her as an employee! Food was great also.

I am adding to my post, as Ms. May called me, their manager after she heard my voice mail and apologized for the mistake. When I am ready there is a ticket to replace the biscuit I didn’t originally receive. I greatly appreciate her reaching out and sharing that it was an oversight and, that they are working to resolve this to prevent any future issues!! Thank you again, Ms. May!
t is very hard to leave a review that is positive when no one cares enough to return your phone call! I went here yesterday morning and placed an order for two steak egg and cheese biscuit combos with orange juice and one sausage gravy and biscuit combo with orange juice and an extra gravy and additional sausage…and note, I repeated and reviewed the order twice…..unfortunately, when I arrived home…..I only one steak, egg and cheese biscuit…however I did receive the upgrade to orange juice and was charged for a combo??? I called yesterday and while I figured it would take late afternoon or perhaps this morning to hear back……nothing!! Not a phone call…..not a text message….nothing! And, yes….I did leave my phone number….have a great day Bojangles and how about calling me and replacing my order???!
