I’ve gone here so many times with my family and it never disappoints. There’s so many options for everyone but for people who love spicy sauces this is great but it’s also great for younger kids who might want something sweet or mild. They have so many toppings to choose from as well. The staff has always been very kind to us regardless if it’s new people working there or the same ones, they’re always super friendly, make sure to grab plates you’re done with, ask if everything’s ok and also refill your drinks as soon as you run low. Genuinely a great place over all.

Had 4 bowls of food. So many different sauces and flavors. Never been so full

It was a nice place. Clean, quiet, plenty of seating during lunch time. I haven’t been there before. They had so many items to choose from. I made it kind of difficult so I had to go back for a second serving. It’s definitely a place I’d like to try again!

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

We should have taken it as a warning sign when we walked in and saw at least 15 people standing around just waiting to pay. Despite that backlog, there was no sense of urgency from staff.

After building our bowls and taking them to the grill, the experience got worse. The grill temperature was clearly too low—it took an excessive amount of time to cook, during which the cook appeared more focused on playing with his spatulas than actually preparing food. The end result was undercooked noodles and vegetables.

To top it off, checking out was another ordeal. We stood at the cash register waiting to pay while a server watched us, then proceeded to check out another guest at their table instead. The lack of attention and basic customer service was frustrating and unacceptable.

Overall, poor service, poor food quality, and poor management. We will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location.

Food was good Drive past it every morning on way to work but can only get into it from another street. This is the only reason I had not visited earlier. Glad I finally came home different way and decided to stop because it definitely became a go to. I have come to find that many places have something on menu they says is spicy and it definitely is not. They had multiple sauces to chose from and had a sauce that actually had some spice to it. It is a chain however, the atmosphere felt more like a mom and pop. Manager came around to let is try a new appetizer they were going to put on menu and stopped and talked with us. I don’t ever eat sweets, however we had the cookie dough one and it was amazing I would go back just to get it.

Extremely disappointed with this restaurant. On my very first bite, there was a bone left in the meat that broke one of my teeth, causing immediate and severe pain. We informed the staff and asked if we could take our food to go so I could get to the dentist as quickly as possible. They refused and said they couldn’t help us, offering only a 20% discount instead.

My wife had barely touched her meal. We still paid the $45 bill and left so I could seek medical care. The lack of concern, accountability, and basic customer service in a situation involving an actual injury was shocking. We will never return.

I’ve been here many times, but one thing is consistent. The food gets undercooked unless you specifically ask them to cook it well done. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars because it is mostly self serve, and you get to decide the exact contents and flavor profile of your food.

The assortment of repeated yearly awards aligning the front entrance, alongside the fantastic food and yes service are amongst a few of the very probable reasons why this is a year to year back to back champ. All you can eat, build your plate, and they cook it on the spot. Yes, it’s pretty neat! Shane was a superb chef! This location has varied in its customer service experiences, but more recently it was upright the best it’s ever been! Unfortunately prices have been adjusted, a noticeable jump actually, just something to make a note of. Huhot is still a very easy recommendation though, the experience is one best shared!

Food is always great here. I love being able to create my own flavors for the buffet food. Found it weird that they had a weird flavored soda drink menu but they didn’t have an adult beverage menu but it is Utah so oh well.
