If I’m not mistaken, I ordered the nigiri sushi set, and my partner had the Kiko Set. Everything was good — no complaints at all.
It was definitely worth trying at least once. However, I couldn’t find any particularly exciting sushi rolls on the menu, so I’m not sure when I’ll be visiting again.

Very authentic Japanese experience in terms of hospitality, atmosphere, and menu selection – however I wouldn’t say it was the most memorable dining experience with respect to taste and quality of the dishes we ordered. Nigiri felt off as if the rice and fish didn’t want to mingle. Hot dishes felt rushed prepped. Katsu was on the tough side. I do have a high standard when it comes to Japanese cuisine in BC though. Priced reasonably and that was a bright spot.

By far my favourite Japanese place in Vancouver. The food is so good and high quality and isn’t overly expensive. Service is good and is a very traditional Japanese restaurant.

Stopped in for lunch while working in the area. One of the few Japanese restaurants open during weekday lunch time in Steveston. Had the Nabeyaki Udon. It was the best Udon I ever had. Fair size restaurant with ample seating for many group sizes. Good atmosphere for dining couples or families.

Very delicious! The main dishes are obviously good, which satisfied my wife and mother in law, who are both native japanese and have high standard for japanese food.
One particular point: the egg sushi, the egg was actually made traditionally with dashi and fried properly, which although one would expected from japanese restaurant, one would be surprised how little people actually do it the proper way. And the miso soup is also very traditional, which is rare too now. We are definitely coming back again.

Visited Richmond for a couple of hours to catch up with a friend and popped by this place. Lovely staff and their service was phenomenal + their food was to die for. They had a lot of sushi rolls to pick from but if you’re more of a bento guy, that have that too. We tried almost every roll they had on their menu. Must visit if you have not yet.
