Sage’s Fusion Kitchen never uses MSG, sodium products or artificial flavoring in their food. I personally love the spicy phở with or without meat, and I really like how you can choose the vegetables and meat you get in it. I also REALLY love their fried rice, so PLEASE try it if you haven’t yet. I would also highly recommend is the Banh Mi sandwich, it’s packed with flavor and leaves me feeling super satisfied. A good BBQ option would be anything with smoked pork or brisket. The unique thing about Sage’s Fusion Kitchen is they try to make their food as natural and junk-free as possible, so it’s not like fast-food quality. Totally recommend if you’re feeling like having Phở or BBQ!

I had the pleasure of working with Mark at Sage Fusion Kitchen BBQ, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we started, his professionalism and attention to detail stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and the quality of both the service and the food was exceptional. Mark’s passion for what he does truly shows, and it made for an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for great food and top-tier customer service, I highly recommend reaching out to Mark and his team!

I’ve been here twice now for two different sandwiches, both excellent! The Cuban was one of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re in the Willows and hungry you won’t go wrong here.

Food was terrible. Tender steak was nothing like anything sold at the willows. Raw onions and raw peppers. I don’t even think the seagulls ate it after I threw it in the trash.

Waited 40 minutes for a few tender steaks with no line. They said there was a mixup?.?.? What?

This place is a one and done for me. Plenty of other great food options at the willows. Go anywhere else.

Large Brisket Pho w loaded veggies, great to split with kids. Pho noodles are tasty, brisket broth is smooth, veggies perfectly cooked.

I really wanted to like this place as the staff was friendly… but I had the weirdest experience at this restaurant tosay. I placed an order for brisket, cole slaw, and two lemonades. Total came out to $25. Weird, but not going to fight them on high prices because inflation is happening. Right after I ordered, I had to ask for a ticket with my number and then asked the person inside “how long”…. I was told it would be 40 minutes. Sort of shocked, wish they had told me that before I ordered, but ok, still trying to give them a chance. Finally got my food and that is when I got legitimately upset…. I got 7 pieces of inedible brisket. The meat was so tough that I couldn’t chew it. And the side of coleslaw was approximately 3 tablespoons of food. I just honestly feel bad for this restaurant… not sure what they are trying to do/sell… but it’s not working. And it’s too bad because among all the fried food and pizza, I’d love to have a place with something different to eat at the Willows. However, I won’t be going back. Hopefully they stop serving so many food options and just stick to doing 1-3 menu items well in the future.

Had the biscuts and gravy for a late breakfast. So good. Since I posted this, they no longer do the biscuts and gravy. My last meal there was the chicken sandwich and it was good.

Asked them what was in the loaded tots. The cashier got super confused and went “um, what you’d expect? I’ve never been asked that before.”

Food took forever to come out. When it finally came out it was missing 2 pastelitos which they then let us know weren’t even ready and they had to make a new batch.

The food itself was just ok. Not worth the long wait and poor service

Big disappointment ! Saw an ad on social media that they make chop suey sandwiches, but not that good. The noodles are dry. They were missing that special sauce and had no flavor either. Got the noodles right & the bun. Not Salem Lowe’s for sure,The tater tots are kind of lousy too.
