Placed an online order here. They did not have the item ordered. Store says your have to contact customer support for a refund because it is an online order. Customer support says because it is a franchise, the store has to issue the refund. So here we go. It doesn’t even matter that it wasn’t expensive, it is the principle. The store is frequently out of items. It is a great scam they have going. Wendy’s was one of the only chains I would visit. Now they are out. Don’t waste your money. Support local business. Least you might have someone who speaks English and can do a simple refund if they don’t have something. Or they can tell you they are out. Store can’t even post that they are sold out. Still selling that item on their mobile app even though they have been out for a few days.

I ordered a single JBC meal, and they managed to mess that up. Instead of the customized JBC I ordered, I got a basic double stack with lots of raw onion, which I despise. The rest of the order is correct, but messing up the main item of the order is pathetic. Fries were fresh, bathroom was clean enough.

This is one of the few Wendy’s restaurants that usually serves your order hot, fresh, and without any mistakes! It’s much better than the other Wendy’s in Lynchburg. I personally never have issues with the service, they get the order right and they give me what I need and that’s all that matters. I’ve found that it helps to treat the employees like actual human beings, with respect and then you won’t deal with employees being rude like people are claiming. Be patient to these people guys, and more importantly be grateful for their service because they do far better than other places.

Hard to beat the apple pecan salad as a healthy fast food lunch item. Not the cheap end of the menu, but a reasonable value. The restaurant was clean and service was everything it needed to be.

I love this Wendy’s but my advice to the manager is don’t argue with your customers. I chose dine and my receipt shows dine in. Don’t tell me that your printer chose carryout unless you’re looking to fix that. I don’t understand why somebody would take time out of their day to say well. Mine doesn’t say that instead of oh. Let me see and then compare with what I did to try to fix what’s wrong with your store.

Absolutely disgusting visit. Trash from can overflowing to floor. Flies all over the place. Cook had a cell phone out on the food prep table while making food. I spoke with the on duty manager and he got the employee to put his phone away. Employee continued to make food with the same gloves after he put his phone back into pocket. I then asked for a refund while watching cook make my food with dirty gloves.
I spoke with the general manager later on and she was very high strung with a bad attitude. She excused the cooks’ behavior by saying that he is a millennial. She calmed down once I asked her if I should rather speak to the franchise owner.
I’m never going back to this Wendy’s again.
We dined at Chili’s after departing and Chili’s was good.

For a Wendy’s, I was impressed with the speed of service and accuracy of my food. My burgers had modifications and each was labeled and correct. Lobby was clean. Would definitely stop here again and recommend.
