Lorena and the Squashblossom crew did a great job catering our wedding. We had Quesabirria tacos, shrimp fajitas, veggie dish, beans and rice. Plus an incredible pre-dinner meat and cheese Graze table (see pic) Yummy Carrot cake and cupcakes dessert! All excellent! We know of two guests who each had 6 tacos… At an outdoor venue with very little electricity, no running water, and a hailstorm while they were setting up (!) Lorena and her crew were both personable and professional…

The tacos were delicious, but what really stood out was Lorena. Her warmth and kindness made me feel at home — she turned a simple meal into a beautiful memory. She’s truly wonderful.

Only tacos i’ve ever had that compare were from the most authentic place you can get in Los Angeles, and these may have those topped. Unbelievably good pastor tacos and the woman serving/cooking is a sweetheart. 10/10 would order again.
