Agree with all the five star reviews. Food is top notch, extremely creative, and enhanced my palate for what is grown locally in Minnesota. The workers are professional, down to earth, and offer great recommendations. Best Bloody Mary deal in town with a full side beer to go with it but you also can’t go wrong with the wine flights and mimosas. Be sure to buy some of the sourdough bread, cookies, and other house made goodies in the fridge. As someone that lives in Bemidji, I try to come in once a week to explore the weekly new food items and I always walk away happy with my meal. Highly recommend if you live in Bemidji or just swinging by the city. Take a peak at my photos to get a better idea.

It was a cold icy night on 1/5, but we braved the cold and had an absolutely amazing evening! My husband and I tried the 5 course chef menu and also ordered the bison burger. The pork belly and bison burger were cooked perfectly and the balance of flavor was chefs kiss! Table for 7 is a gem in Bemidji, I’m so thankful I have found a spot with excellent food!

Call ahead doesn’t hurt. Comfortable environment for a table for seven meals or people to eat with. Quiet enough to hear your friends. Tastes that will get you out of you discomfort zone to try new, be bold… eat dessert first.

We called ahead on Wednesday to reserve a spot & submitted our order. I wanted to be certain there would be a slice of the cheesecake left. I enjoy the combination of flavors they are always able to pull off, especially with locally grown, healthy dishes. One must realize the options change as the local supplies come into season& to avoid food waste &serve only fresh foods, they purchase what they believe they will use for that week only. That can mean your desired dish has sold out. But the quality and taste make planning ahead so when it!! 10 out 5 stars

An exquisite, yet down to earth farm to table restaurant. I have dined there two days in a row and highly recommend the roasted carrots in zingy turmeric. It tastes like it can heal anything. The walleye tacos, bison burger, sweet potato fries, and roasted asparagus with kalmata and red pepper were all excellent. I would trust them to prepare anything well. I will be returning one more time before I leave Bemidji and look forward to trying a duck, nettle soup, pop overs, and flourless chaga cake. Savor every bite. Worth every penny. The back of the menu lists contributing farms.

Looking for something different, try the parsnip chowder. Parsnips cooked to perfection in a yummy chowder.

Food was very good. We had the walleye cakes as a starter, and it was very fresh tasting. My wife had the bison steak and I had the duck. Both were very good as were the sides. All the food is locally grown, so it was all very fresh. The waiter can tell you were everything is from of you ask. We had the cheesecake and the rhubarb cake for dessert. The cheesecake was better if you want just one. The menu is smaller and changes based upon what is in season. I bought a loaf of sourdough bread to go as the table next to us liked the bread in their appetizer. The bread was very good as well.

A fantastic and unique dining experience! Our waiter was so welcoming, knowledgeable about the dishes, and took the time to ensure that we had the best possible experience. The local ingredients in each dish all sang in harmony to create a beautiful symphony. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and I will be returning soon!
