Sushi and Korean restaurant that has stood the test of time. Both locations are good, with this location being more rustic. The food is just as good, and there are a lot of creative rolls on the menu. We ordered sushi appetizer, screaming orgasm, lollipop, crab Rangoon and FSU roll. All were tasty, and enjoyable.

I came for lunchtime, party of 5.
Pros:
The server who took care of us provided excellent service.
They have a wide variety of sushi rolls, and familiar and original rolls can be found here.
Korean dishes are available.
The lunch menu is varied and all the food was good.
The kids’ menu items are ample.
Cons:
The parking is a tricky size and layout.
The inside is a bit run down. The corner wall I was sat in looked rough and could use a fresh coat of paint.
Beware the $20 service charge for
Tables of 5 or more and is not posted or printed anywhere on the restaurant or menu!
Even when ordering from the lunch and kids menu, my total was $131 before tip.
for 2 adults and 3 children.
This is a big issue I can not overlook.
So beware.

Disappointed in dinner box for the price. Steak was well done. Shrimp tempura appetizer didn’t have a lot in it and had onion rings. Crab Rangoon was just fried imitation crab. Restaurant was nice inside and service was good.

Place was clean. Staff was ok. I had the cucumber salad to start. I really love their take on this salad. They thinly slice the cucumbers instead of chopping them. They also. They also added some shredded meat on top. It was so delicious. Then for my entrée, I had the shrimp with the Yuki udon noodles, I love the spicy flavor. It was very light. I just wished there was a little bit more seasoning to it. Other than that I really enjoyed everything I bought. The portions were huge. I will be coming again to visit when I come to Tampa.

Very good selection and the service was excellent! Everything seems freshly made and the restaurant seems pretty clean. This place will get crowded and the parking lot will get full, so I recommend calling ahead or come at times where they are not packed! The rice was well cooked. The chicken was scrumptious. The teriyaki beef and broccoli was excellent!! We had the crab Rangoon appetizer as well. The lunch boxes are the perfect size – won’t bust your gut! And probably the best bang for your buck of any other place within a 25-mile radius! Also a very good selection of Japanese sake and Korean soju. We also got a couple rolls to go and they were pretty good – though I’m not a sushi connoisseur.

Tried out this little place with my daughter today as we both wanted some sushi. If you’re not looking for it, you could definitely drive right past it.
It is most definitely worth stopping in for a roll or two though. We were seated very quickly, everything was very clean (even the bathrooms), and our waiter was super friendly and helpful.
Our food was brought out to us in a very timely manner and everything was absolutely delicious. We tried 3 different rolls and loved each of them.
We now have another favorite place.

Absolutely love it here! Definitely a staple, made me fall in love with sushi!! Ronald is an excellent waiter and the staff is extremely welcoming. Justin at the front is always is so kind! The food is EXEMPLARY. Just wish they had a point system because the lunch specials always have me coming back.

My partner and I are sushi lovers! We moved out to Tampa about 7 months ago and we’ve tried a handful of sushi restaurants. This place is top tier! I was hesitant at first because it’s so hard to find good sushi but wow. It was so delicious we had the buccaneers roll, rock & roll, and fire roll I believe.
I mean the buccaneers one was my favorite..if you’re into cream cheese then that’s the one you need to get. Rock & roll is spicy which is in my taste buds and had different types of seafood. The fire roll wasn’t my favorite but still good! We also got gyoza..they were soo fresh and crispy! Melt in your mouth ugh perfection. This is the only place I’m coming to from now on!
