This chick fil a was amazing. We traveled from Durango to eat and we’re not disappointed at all. We had amazing service from our girl Eva, who was beautiful and kind and generous and friendly! She is the best chick fil a worker I have ever met! We love you Eva!!!!

We visited Chick-fil-A for lunch today, and as always, the food was absolutely delicious!
However, when I got up to ask for more sauce, I stood at the front counter for several minutes and was completely ignored. There seemed to be some tension among the team at the front. A staff member named Patti came out from the back and appeared upset, and the atmosphere became uncomfortable as everyone seemed unsure how to respond. I made eye contact with multiple employees, but no one acknowledged me, so I eventually went back to my table.
Thankfully, Chris completely turned our experience around! He came to our table, refilled our drinks, and brought us more sauce without hesitation. He was respectful, attentive, and genuinely kind. Chris represents exactly what you think of when you think of Chick-fil-A’s hospitality and customer service.

We weren’t here long, just passing through, but we went through the drive through. It took them awhile to bring us the food, they asked us to park to the side. There were 8 of us, we ordered 5 sandwhiches, a 30 peice grilled nuggets, 3 kale salads and 4 large fries. They asked if we wanted sauce and we said yes we wanted chick fil a sauce. When they brought us the bag I should have checked, but we were in a hurry and already waited awhile, so we left quickly and did not check…they only gave us 3 sauces 2 forks and 4 napkins. We had 3 salads – 2 forks, 4 fries and 30 nuggets- only 3 sauces, 8 people only 4 napkins. It was a dry lunch with sticky fingers and I had to wait for my son to eat his salad before I got a fork.

My family loves Chick-fil-a! We frequently travel and finding one is a must for our three year old daughter. It’s extra special when we find one with outdoor seating so our Goose Doodle can get some nuggets too! Thanks Farmington CFA! No complaints from this Texas Family. Glad we found you!

This place is so disorganized and the wait is awful. Went through drive through. They apparently handed out a wrong drink. The customer handed it back and they took it back. Takes 20 minutes to complete from menu to actually get your food. Just terrible. Management doesn’t help. Its just an embarrassment for a food establishment.

First of all, I am a diehard Chick fil A fan. But at my last few visits I’m usually ordering “extra “ pickles/ lettuce etc..charge for them and not receiving them. This latest visit I ordered a chicken sandwich wo the bun (cutting down on carbs) .. with extra lettuce, extra pickles and tomatoes. I was charge .25 for them to take off the bun ! I was charged twice for lettuce and didn’t receive the extra lettuce or pickles. I was basically charged .85 for nothing. I’m super annoyed because the thought of this company doing that to multiple customers makes me ill. Always check ur meal before u drive off at this location. I rarely do and always pay the price. 🙁

The recipes from the original founder are excellent — the food still carries that rich, thoughtful flavor that made this place special. In my opinion, some of the current local ownership’s public-facing values feel more like performative virtue or moral cosplay than genuine community engagement. The service is polite but inconsistent, and while the atmosphere remains inviting, it doesn’t quite match the warmth and authenticity that once defined it.

Not a good as it used to be. The breading on chicken is horrible from not replacing oil. I keep going back to give it another chance, but I end up disappointed every time. I’m not wasting my money here anymore.

It blows me away that the place in Farmington has such slow moving workers compared to the ones in Colorado Springs. This is for the drive-thru. Plus, my order wasn’t even checked to make sure it was complete according to the receipt. Forgot the dressing for my salad.
