If I could give the store a negative review I would I walked in I used the restroom I was there to pick up two orders for doordash before I could even finish my business store manager was banging on the stall door telling me that I needed to leave the store. I was startled I was confused and extremely embarrassed she never gave me a reason in fact she refused to I insisted she must have the wrong person that she’s mistaken me for someone else, I asked her if she even knew who I was, what was my name if she knew who I was to be demanding I leave the store she then threatens to call the police, 911 already pulled up on her phone, I washed my hands and then noticed there were four other people standing in the doorway I think one of them was a man I can only imagine how the woman in the stall next to me must have been feeling for me having them bang on the door demanding I leave the store immediately being that this was my very first trip inside the store possibly to the store ever I couldn’t believe what was happening she told me if I had a problem with it the district manager would be there the next morning I was unable to pick up my doordash orders. I contacted doordash and they apologized profusely I guess they contacted the store as well but also could not tell me anything regarding why she kicked me out they gave me half pay for my deliveries and send me to my next deliveries I will be going to speak with the district manager to inform him of the extreme humiliation that I was put under and to demand an explanation. I also want that stops manager removed from authority position. She has no justified cause to entire the restroom and in mid pee banging on the stall door . I’ve never been more mortified and humiliated in my life. I left the store shaking in my skin. I almost couldn’t dial doordash. As I say I’m the parking lot trying to collect myself and tell what happened to door dash, people were coming out and every single one started at me making eye contact giving me a look like I had just done the most terrible things. I have no idea what that woman was saying about me or claiming I did but it was apparent everyone in there knew and I was oblivious. My face was beat red I couldn’t stop shaking I have never in my life been treated so horribly and with no explanation. Before I left I looked around and on the kitchen to see if maybe I know someone there maybe someone that didn’t care for me not there was no one only strangers. I have no idea why that woman thought it was ok to invade my privacy while I’m the stall no less of three bathroom or why she threw me out of the store saying I knew I was not suppose to be in there I was not allowed there. I had never done anything wrong especially not there. I’m am a good person who treats others well I follow laws and I’ve never been banned or kicked out of any place ever. I hope the district manager can shed some light because my next step is to speak to legal counsel. You can not just barhr in on someone with their pants down banking on doors demanding they leave the establishment humiliating and disrespecting them especially with no explanation or reason. That woman will learn from this mistake and this store will need a new manager or they will have to deal with the legal system. Right is right but this was wrong. I’ll never be able to pee in a public place again. I surely won’t ever accept another offer to deliver for them which will affect my acceptance rating but I can’t live with the great of being humiliated m by them again.

This is a pretty good Bojangles. Sometimes the tenders are a little undercooked, but the cajun filet biscuits and seasoned fries are always great. I usually go on my lunch break, and sometimes I wish the staff members were in a little more of a hurry. Nevertheless, the employees are always very nice and helpful. The last time I went inside the drink station was pretty nasty as well, but I mainly use the drive-thru so its not a big deal. Would recommend.

This is the 4th time that we have come to this location and they are out of CHICKEN.. HOW???? If I could give it negative i would. I do not recommend anyone to order online or on their app because if they don’t not have your order. You have to send a email to corporate. I relocated from Illinois and every time I have tried to give them a try they always fail. They really need to just close this location down

I went and got breakfast there this morning and was completely rushed. I ordered a biscuit and gravy and they cashed me out, gave me the food and when I checked it, one of the biscuits only had a drop of gravy on it. Then I asked them to give me the regular amount, I agreed to even pay extra but they began with it would be $1 then the manager came after they changed it to $3 because “my order was already cashed out” its not my fault that it was cashed out nor is it my fault that there wasn’t any gravy on my order. It’s like they were trying to save it so when I talked to manager Olivia she was snappy with an attitude. She not only snatch the bag but when I asked for a refund, she cut me off with “have a good day” when giving me my money back. Terrible attitude and customer service. The female at the window before the manager came over was sweeter but this is the first time I had an issue like this at any bojangles

On 1/26/2026 at 8:15am I came by this location and several cars were parked out front. The business was obviously open , I saw cars in drive thru so I decided to use the drive thru also considering the temperature outside was 28 degrees cold , as I pulled into the drive thru line , NO ONE greeted me or attempted to take my order , I asked the menu box several times if they were open and NO ONE responded. After waiting a few moments I drive past the window and I see 2 women behind the counter with headsets on one of the women had on a black shirt so I assume she was management. Neither lady would come to the window and then they spoke to me with the glass shut and said they were closed , this was TERRIBLE communication and seemed like the employees were hiding from work and responsibility to be quite truthful. And why have a customer sitting at the drive thru when you can hear me ?? They could’ve had enough decency to communicate thru the microphone if they didn’t want to open the window. I will NOT be spending my money there EVER. I’ll drive further down to the Irmo location before I go back to this location.

I ordered at this bojangles a little over a hour and a half I ordered a two piece leg and thigh with mashed potatoes with gravy as well as green beans and a starry to drink it was not until after I paid that they informed me they did not have green beans or mashed potatoes. I then arrived home to find that I also had no thigh just three legs I attempted to call the store 7 times and did not receive an answer.

I don’t live near this Bojangles, but have had two occasions in the last six months to get breakfast here. Both times, the food was fresh and hot, the Bo Rounds were the best I’ve ever had, and customer service was top notch!

Always forget plasticware for sides. Don’t like eating coleslaw mashed potatoes with my fingers. Always forget, better ask before you leave drive thru. Not that hard, take pride in your job people

Dry food, you have to check every time cause they will give you cold and dry food. They’re always out of things, but they never tell you they’re out or that you have to wait 20+ minutes for your food until after you pay for the food. Your best bet is Yoo avoid this location altogether. If you want bojangles that bad go to another one if you want Quality and no attitude
