Love this place! Bonnie, Cheryl, and Steph are always here when I come on the weekend. Every time I come, I see my fellow Waffle House groupies participating in our weekend ritual. This place feels like home and what neighborhoods used to be. And the food is always fresh and perfectly made.

Be careful going to this location.
Walked in the door to have a seat. No, heat was cold inside. They took our order pretty fast.The food did come out pretty fast. Other than they forgot my waffle. The server never came back to the table so they didn’t even realize it, until I was leaving. So I asked for it to go.They gave me the waffle that they left in the waffle Iron, and once I got home to try to eat it.There was a two inch long by one inch wide piece of plastic in it.
Please be careful in there. Because they do not pay attention.

I recently got an order to go. Hashbrowns and 2 bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. Went to work and the sandwiches were dreadful
They had put pickles in the sandwiches and wrapped up… made them absolutely sickening to eat, I had to throw them away. $15 down the drain, and even worse. I called to report this and you are able to get a person in the store. Keep getting a message to go online to place a go order…. no way to communicate with them at all!!!!
So much for customer service, and I visit that location 4 times a week.
I went back today and asked for bacon well done. They tried twice, but bacon still flexible, not crispy. Don’t get me wrong, I was here over 60 times last year and only 2 bad experiences.

Ignored by staff, when we waved to finally get their attention they replied they were busy and would get to us as soon as they could while they continued to discuss a ticket. We waited several more minutes got up to leave and went to IHOP where the service was exceptional. Shame on your Broadway location’s staff!

Really good food and service everytime we go! I’ve never had any problems when I go to this waffle house We have the same waitress everytime and she does a really good job. Last night we sat down immediately and had our food within 15 minutes of sitting down.
