I did not like this location. The service of food when I picked up my order was not great.
The order was not ready. The amount of rice and beans were the very very minimal. Honestly everything feels like they did the minimal. I understand when restaurants serve a certain amount but this one felt like they put a grain of rice layer with patches with out rice.
Once I got to the cheese I found a hair in it my appetite got taken awayyyyy

I love me some chipotle, and was having a good time with my chicken bowl, unfortunately, reached the final bite and was a little too chewy. Turned out to be completely raw chicken. Probably had swallowed another uncooked piece mistaken for a little fattiness. Thankfully no food poisoning symptoms as of yet, but I would be careful going to this location

The go to for a quick dinner! Ordered 4 for pickup and was ready in 15 minutes. Burrito bowl made to order and very tasty. Guacamole was fresh as always. The fajita chicken is super delicious. Generous portions as usual. It’s a dependable choice for food.

The restaurant is located in a busy strip center that looks well taken care of, with a nice brick building surrounded by other shops. Parking was busy when I arrived, but they do have handicap spots and a ramp off to the side for accessibility. First impression from the outside was positive—the building looked clean and well kept.
Ordering here is done at the counter, so no wait for a table. The staff were chill, quick to take the order, and got everything moving fast. Inside, the dining area is set up for groups of four, with plenty of room, though the tables themselves weren’t spotless. Atmosphere was bright and casual, though not much stood out in terms of décor.
I went with the carnitas bowl, which was made to order and looked great when it came out. Portion-wise, it felt a little unbalanced—lots of extras, but not enough meat. The few bites of carnitas I did get were chewy, fatty, and heavy on the black pepper. Honestly, I feel like the overall quality has gone downhill compared to past visits. Still, the menu has a decent variety and is on par with similar chain-style restaurants.
I can’t comment on the final bill since a friend picked it up, but based on the portion and taste, I’d rate the value around 3.5 stars. The biggest highlight for me is simply the convenience—it’s close to work, easy to find, and gets the job done if you’re hungry and nearby. Overall, I’d give this place 4 stars, but more for convenience than food quality. Whether I’d recommend it depends on what you’re looking for: it’s decent and convenient, but don’t expect anything special.

We have two Chipotle restaurants in this town and they are both the worst locations. Always dirty, slow service, out of everything you want to order. Want tacos? They’re out of em. Steak? Out of that too. They even run out of basic stuff like napkins and forks. Who ever is running these Mansfield locations needs to be fired. They just suck.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever eaten. I decided to give it one more try after two bad experiences. Well the third try was even worse than I expected. No seasoning on the chicken and the vegetables were huge, no chicken and it was watery with bean juice and guacamole taste like nothing. Gross me out. The manager should be ashamed of the quality of food. Oh the drink was very flat

I find a lot of Chipotle restaurants are sometimes not prepared to open at 10:45am as advertised, but this one is very consistent at opening, but not being ready for another 10 minutes. So we all stand in line while they finish putting the food on the line and finishing up. Why not just change the hours to 11am and be on time?

I love chipotle and eat it a lot, but my god the manager at this one should be fired. It’s insane. There is always only one person on the line. It could be free burrito day and they would only have one person on the line. Every time I’m here it’s a 20 minute experience for something that should take no time at all.

The cook doesn’t have a hair net for his long hair that looked like he cut it with a cereal bowl.
Girl was sweeping in peoples spaces while they were eating I literally got up and left because she trying to get between and under my table like a million dollars was there or something she was super close and I really appreciate some space!!!!
