Food is just slapped together. Can’t ever make anything how it’s supposed to be made. If they do make it wrong and you call about it to have your food replaced they tell you to bring the receipt and they will write your name down only for them not to do it so you don’t get the food you paid for. And everyone’s attitude is trash. It’s like this in both dine in and drive through. They need to fire 95% of the crew and start over with people who can take their job seriously!!

What can you say….it’s McDonald’s. The food was slapped together, the staff is clueless, that atmosphere is stale and boring. I had to basically beg for Ketchup from a young man that was at the counter because the 2 draft style Ketchup dispensers located at the self-serve beverage station were empty. As the young man went to the prep area and looked and looked asked a few of his coworkers, and then he returned with one single packet of Ketchup. I thanked him for his ” effort ” and asked him when he gets a chance, please bring me two more to my table, there are two of us. Well, I never saw that little feller again. So on the way out I thanked the Kiosk that I ordered from because? …In my opinion it was the only one doing anything and should probably receive a promotion, possibly shift leader.

Just came through to grab some dinner, and found a small square piece of paper dug into my cheese. Good thing I noticed it before my next bite, man that thing must’ve been cooked in there.
PS. Look at this stone-cold burger, this was less than 15 minutes after leaving the drive thru. The other reviews are right and the only reason this is 1-star, stone-cold mcdoubles seem to be reoccurring, but then the piece of paper sealed the deal.

Not sure the name of the manager who brought this to my table but he was very kind and his uniform seemed GMish lol…. anyway just wanted to say thank you. I’ve had an extraordinarily rough day & my experience at this MCD location took the edge off a bit. It’s true, you never know what someone else is going through so always be kind. The man who served me this evening did just that.
