I just wanna take a minute and share my gratitude for this place and this staff. I work in the industry of hospitality as a bartender/bar manager. Naturally, some days I don’t get to eat a bite due to how busy this town can get, and how busy the job naturally is. There are TOO MANY days to count where I would NOT have eaten if it wasn’t for this store being open.
Some days it’s my only meal. So it needs to be right, and it needs to be enjoyable. EVERY TIME I have ordered, via DoorDash or drivethru, they have delivered for me. I wanna give, to whoever runs this location, an extra shout out to the girl that works the intercom and window, late night. Like 12am late night. Always polite, always in a good mood, always has a smile on her face…. Like I said… I can’t thank this store enough man. You keep me fed. Thank you.

I was given a gift card for 25$, I ordered and my meal was completely wrong, I live 20min from TB and was not going to go back at that time, 85% of the food was thrown away and no one has offered me any sort of condolence, no “I will remake for you at no charge; which is the right thing g to do; nothing at all.

Not all Taco Bells are with the stop. Some are awful. This location is clean, the food is as expected and the service remains good. Prices are a bit high though.

We order 2 classic stacker and they were not grilled and we also ordered 2 5-layer burritos and they had raw tortillas! No signs or being grilled at all. Disappointed is the staff that handed raw food just to get us out of the drive-thru. Mind blowing how lazy they were with my order. If you order here make sure you have plans to go home and heat your food on the stove because this taco bell has a griller to grill your food but they rather save the time and electricity to get you out the drive-thru.

I went in there on my break to get ONE taco and ONE small nacho fries. I paid with my phone and waited about 7-10 minutes until I got up and went to the counter. As I’m standing there I can see the cooks were more focused on getting the drive thru orders out, which I semi can understand but I was a paying customer also. I always have issues/problems at that particular location. Just need better staff! Other than that it’s fine.

Went to the drive-through just before 9 AM for breakfast. Heard them making noise inside but was not acknowledged. Pulled to front door. They didn’t open until 9 AM so I waited 10 minutes, front door still locked. Pulled back to the drive-through and was told they didn’t serve breakfast. There is no mention of this online that I saw. Do better Taco Bell.
