Service is good. If the McDonald’s food isn’t fresh and hot then it’s 5stars, I’d prefer to wait for that, but the app doesn’t give you the option for hot off the grill burgers and fresh made fries..

On Saturday morning 11/29, I was really roughed up by a store manager working the drive-through. There was a mixup in the order. We didn’t get what we ordered and she insisted that since she repeated what she gave us that she was right. I said it really doesn’t matter what you said it’s what we said when we ordered. She was so insulting. She forcibly gave me my money back and refused to serve me and told me to leave. Told me “just go”. Have never been treated like that…. Next she used the leverage that she was a store manager, and when I asked her for her name, she said she didn’t have to give it… just wanted me to leave. My wife has been ordering the same thing for years at this drive-through on Saturday morning. It was one of the worst displays of “we don’t care about the customer” that i’ve ever experienced..

This establishment frequently messes up most orders. It’s actually rare if I stop in here and get everything I ordered without having to ask for it and show receipts. Once again today I was proven these words are true. After using the Mobile app and getting to window to confirm my order, I was asked if I wanted a receipt. I said “no” just to see if they would intentionally forget something. Sure enough, 2 burgers and 1 small fry were missing from the order. I should go hit the casino now. I’ll drive a few extra minutes to different fast food spot next time I want to eat garbage.

It’s McDonald’s so you can’t expect much, but this one is particularly slow when it comes to service. As usual, there’s no one at the counter to help you, so you have to figure it out yourself on a gross touch screen that will likely give you the flu.

Let me start by saying that this was an order picked up by doordash and delivered to my home. I ordered three items, one medium hot coffee with cream and French vanilla syrup, a large Diet Coke a large iced coffee with cream and French vanilla syrup.
The hot coffee had no cream so I had to throw it away, and I only received one other item. I cannot honestly tell you if it was the iced coffee or the diet coke because when I tasted it I tasted nothing but overpowering sugar water. I also threw that away.
I am just shaking my head at the thought of McDonald’s not even getting one item in my order correct.
Thankfully doordash refunded my entire order however, I will not go to this McDonald’s location again. Which probably means that I will never patronize McDonald’s again.
It pained me to give them a rating of one. I sure wish there was a zero.

Awful… The woman at the register clearly did not speak English and could not understand us. I asked for a number 5, which is a 10 piece nugget meal, and somehow got a double quarter pounder meal with no drink. I tried to ask if ice cream was available, because I wanted a flurry, and she just kept staring at me dumbfounded before finally putting in an order for a small vanilla cone on her own without me asking for it. I should have listened to my nephew and went through the drive through but I always have bad experiences with that too and it probably would have ended up worse.

Went for just a chicken nugget meal for my nephew and left with two $15 meals and a $2 scoop of ice cream.. Don’t get me started on the prices these days…
