I stopped in after finishing an shopping Adventure from Jasper Al. to Muscle Shoals: RURAL KING SUPER STORE. Drive thru line was packed…looked limited on personal after I parked and went in. Was a Saturday night though, but still super slow service. For what I spent there> didn’t want the biggy~bag deal, just ordered (1) sandwich…paid the price of two sandwiches???WOW}>••was Super Hot & Delicious‼️

I was very disappointed with this Wendy’s restaurant; the place was filthy!! The first thing I noticed was how dirty and black the concrete was leading up to the restaurant’s door and the door had many fingerprints. When was the door last cleaned? I was greeted by a large liquid spill when I entered the dining area. This is a safety hazard and was not cleaned during my approximate 40 minute stay. There were tables that were dirty and the floor was littered with food, paper and dirt! When was it last swept and mopped? The table legs were very dirty and the corners of the dining room were very dirty to match most of the dining room. This place needs a serious deep cleaning!! The self serve drink machines were, you guessed it, filthy! They were missing a lot of soda flavors. When were the machines cleaned and filled with soda syrup? Last but not least was men’s room. The automatic soap dispenser didn’t work and there were no paper towels to dry my hands. The floor was as nasty as the dining room floor. On a positive note, the hamburger was good. There are too many fast food choices to eat at this Wendy’s.

Lettuce was beyond old and had the worst smell. When I called I was told the lettuce isn’t old it turns brown after sitting out all day. Sad to say I won’t be back.

That’s supposed to be chicken but it was so hard it was like a crouton 9$ salad I couldn’t even eat then they put cheese on my lactose intolerant childs burger after it said no cheese ordered chocolate frosties only to be told at the window all they had was vanilla and my poor kids nuggets in their biggie bag were both spicy no onr answered when i called and i cant find anywhere on the app to fix this issue

Worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had , definitely will never go back got 2 biggy bag bacon double stack, chicken nuggets was awful tasted really old , no bacon on my burgers , my vanilla frosty was just ice cream in a cup then I had to tell them they forgot the snicker doodle frosty tried calling to let them know I had no bacon on the burgers but no answer , staff didn’t seem very friendly either the French fries was good tho!

Usually, I never have a problem with this location, but a girl was taking the order today with red and black hair. She didn’t enunciate her words and talked very fast. It can already be hard to understand someone through the speaker at some of these restaurants. When it was hard to understand what she was saying, she had an attitude. Very rude. The guy giving out the orders made up for horrible customer service though.
