The last few months their fountain drinks taste like dirty dog water and on multiple occasions they have forgotten items in the order. I’ve went back and got them with no problems but no compensation for my return trip and sometimes not even an “I’m sorry our bad”. Other than that food always taste good

At 3:12 on December 23rd my uncle and I went here to get a quick dinner before having to pick up our dog. My uncle barely got through saying the first order and the women who was taking our order kept rushing him/ cutting him off while talking, had an attitude, just overall seemed like she was in a rush to take our order. When we got home, the food was not what we ordered! Taco Bell needs to do better when hiring!!

Been going here for years. they almost always get my order right and all that, but lately the service has been lacking pretty bad. I asked for guacamole sauce and got cheese sauce instead, seems intentionally because i told her i wanted that instead of the one they ran out of. they ran out of sour cream somehow as well. My friends have also went here and told me their bad experiences lately with it. Obviously not being managed well if they are running out of essential things like sour cream.

Usually not an issue at this location but tonight the customer service was bad. Me and my boyfriend placed an order for pick up and when we got there no one was answering at the speaker and we waited. We then just moved forward to the window and no one was there either. Once someone got there we were told to go back around even after my boyfriend explained that we weren’t being helped at the speaker. She was going back and forth with my boyfriend about it, so we went back around. We ended up getting our order but the worker definitely came off as rude and hostile.

Store is not busy at midnight, but a lady ( receptionist) is so mean and rough. I go to pick up at drive through. Food was ready a long time, but she told me wait outside almost half hour. I come back asking, she told me go inside to pick up with the rough attitude. I think she need to stay home. Don’t need do a job like customer service

Walked in, smelled like baby diapers everywhere so i got take out not dine in. While i was ordering employees were loudly going back and forth at each other. Order came, didn’t give my pop to me so i had to ask for my large pop, then i got told there was no large cups so he said the best he can do is a small and a medium cup combined. what a joke, then after that i went to get ice and my pop and the ice machine didn’t even have any ice, and the syrup on the pop was low and had no flavor. how are they even open.

Misheard the lady on the (I believe, automatic) intercom say that she would be with me in a second. After a minute or two passed I simply said hi in a kind tone because I wasn’t sure what was said. The lady replied very nastily “As I said before, I will be with you in a moment” — As always, with restaurants, you can be sure that if they are treating you that nasty, they are treating your food, even nastier. Beware.

Everything has been fine with my last couple orders until tonight we were handed this mess. Nothing was wrapped. Tacos and toppings all over the bag lolol ridiculous.
Update months later…. we paid almost $9 for this “steak quesadilla” we literally laughed when I peeled it open.
Another update: my orders are randomly denied through the app, even if I order delivery it charges me $6 to come from another location. Same with my boyfriends phone. So I placed my order at the drive through asking if I could get the app price. NOPE I paid $4 more for the same food minus the drinks I planned to order. Girl at the window told me the car behind me was able to place an app order and I should pull over and try again AFTER I PAID AND GOT MY FOOD. Why would I try to order the food you just gave me AGAIN.

Chicken quesadilla was not in the bag.
Baja blast was not included.
Crunchwrap had beef, no potatoes and was extremely soggy.
Doritos taco supreme only had black beans and lettuce, nothing else.
I don’t eat beef at all. So the Crunchwrap was inedible along with everything else.
DoorDash driver told me that the kids working refused to give him my drink and that they were extremely disrespectful.
I’ll never go back to this Taco Bell. Always trash service. And the order is always wrong.

Orders are never correct. Portions are a joke. Ordered chips and cheese and the cheese barely covers the bottom of the cup even though they cost $1.60 extra and the soft taco shells are rock hard and old.
