Chipotle is a place we frequent because my son loves their food. We always do online orders and today we ordered from the Plymouth location. got two burritos and an order of 3 steak tacos. The burritos were fine but my son was jumping up and down because one of his tacos had 3 steak pieces and the other one literally had 2 pieces on it!! For a taco that only had rice, cheese and steak on it to have 2 steak pieces is ridiculous!! It was like I ordered a rice and cheese taco not steak tacos!! Crazy!!

If I could give zero stars on the service I would. The staff seem like they hate their job. They are rude and the slowest people i’ve ever seen. I always come here and it gets worse every time. The place is a complete mess. Food on every table and stuff all over the ground. The place where they make ur bowl and burrito is just a mess with food everywhere. Today they were “out of bowls” even tho I could see a whole stack in the back. It’s annoying bc I like to eat here but this chipotle is literally a dump and they need all new staff with a manager that actually cares and will take care of the place. Once the guy folded my burrito in half and while he was wrapping it up everything was just falling out and when i got home to eat it everything was just everywhere. Like the employees just do not care this is a joke. From now on i’m just going to drive to a different one cause this one is actually awful

Lately online orders are wrong. This is the second time this has happened, first time I let it slide. Employees are cruel and could be more polite, high-school kids are rude here. Usually I check the bag and since I didn’t when I got home it was not even close to the burrito versus the bowl in the bag.
I tried to submit feedback online and their site seems to always have issues when you choose to write them.

There’s definitely something wrong with this branch of Chipotle. The service is poor. And I think it has to do with how their employees are trained. You go to other branches, It is completely different. They actually make the burrito the way you want. Here they don’t. It seems like they’re always running low on ingredients. I’m trying to stretch it out by not putting in a full serving in your meal. I recommend finding a different Chipotle to go to other than the Plymouth Branch.

This store is gross. Behind the line is gross. Not a single clean table, tons of food and trash on floor, least 6 people working. All lemonades are empty. Garbages are overfilled onto floor.
Chipotle do better. This wouldn’t pass a health inspection.

I was really hungry and decided to go get some Chipotle. I went in and I observe everything from how they handle the food and the money. I noticed the man who was warming up the tortillas was going back and forth from the register to getting back on the line WITH GLOVES ON. This young man was the same young man I had to school months before about changing his gloves and he still did not. He is white, clear frame glasses, I went into this Chipotle tonight around 7, it was three of them on the line so there should be no excuse for him to not change his gloves. I have contracted food poisoning twice and it was absolutely hell. If I ever go back in there, I will be recording the practices of those who work there. It’s already bad enough that the economy is bad right now. At least have the decency to give us safe and quality made food.

A typical smaller Chipotle but with a patio. Gets busy for weekday lunch, and isn’t cleaned often during busy times. A bit stingy with ingredients – see the attached photo for a steak, cheese, lettuce, and salsa taco recently bought there. With each taco being north of $3, I expect better.

Establishment is unclean and there were no napkins or silverware stocked for customers. I watched an employee be exceedingly rude to a customer who had a completely reasonable request. The attitude was shocking and I’m surprised the customer was so nice in return. The food was okay, but the rest of my table felt underwhelmed as we have been to dozens of better chipotles around the country. The main complaint was over-salting and the portions were not accurate (not the full spoon). I recommened avoiding. The Chipotle in Ridgedale is better- go there.

I’ve ordered takeout at least three times here over the last 4 years, and it would seem this particular location has challenges with recruiting, staffing and management.
They have a very disorganized takeout order pickup procedure: the normal shelf used by most chipotle locations to stage completed takeout orders is used for restaurant equipment and computer equipment (see photo). They don’t verbally call out the names on completed orders that languish in the back, out of reach of customers, and they seem not to have the staffing capacity to assist you in finding your order, or even to greet customers waiting for 20 to 30 minutes.
My best advice for anyone ordering takeout is to be flexible with your expectation of a pickup time. For example, if you want to pickup food at 4:30pm, order a 4pm pickup by 3:30pm. At around 6pm or 6:30pm, order a 7pm pickup time if you ultimately want your food by 7:30pm. Plan way ahead, and plan on re-heating your takeout food at home if they somehow are able to prepare it on time. This location has needed 30 to 45 minutes to prepare all three of my takeout orders.
