I ordered through the app for table service and after waiting 15 minutes, I went to the counter only to find my food sitting there getting cold. When I asked why the order wasn’t brought to the table, she immediately snapped that she “doesn’t have enough employees.” When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager, then instantly and sarcastically pointed to the 1-800 number on the wall, telling me to take it up with them. It wasn’t that she gave me the number — it was the dismissive and rude way she did it that showed she didn’t care at all.
To make things worse, as I walked away she loudly mentioned my name to someone in the back, saying I would be filing a complaint — almost like mocking me. Later, when my wife went up to fix the missing fries and drink, she also got the same rude treatment and attitude.
This is the second bad experience I’ve had here in a week, both times involving this same “manager,” who also never wears a name tag. Mistakes with food can happen anywhere, but the kind of rudeness and disrespect we experienced here is inexcusable — especially from someone claiming to be in charge.
For reference, I have also included a photo of the person so there’s no confusion about who I am referring to.
Retrain mgmt to focus on the Quality and Hospitality not on speed!!! Especially if they’re going to LEAD A CREW. ALSO WEAR A HEADSET TO ASSIST WHEN THEY NEED HELP WITH TAKING ORDERS. JUST MAYBE, YOUR ESTABLISHMENT MIGHT IMPROVE. HAGD!
2021: There’s always something wrong with my order. Today I used the mobile app to order ahead of time. My sauces for my nuggets were not in my bag, my drinks were incorrect and the 2 apple pies were 2 hours old. Sticker said enjoy by 11:30am I picked up my order at 1:30pm. The girl who served my son was very rude about replacing the pies with fresh ones and basically said we get what we get. Customer service is 100% you’r job. Why would you knowingly give us old food?
