I am not one to write reviews but I had to on this one. I always have issues with the quality of their food in this location but I always have hope that their food will get better. This by far is not edible, and was gray and chicken looked moldy. This looked super old. I don’t know what to say as I am in loss of words because I absolutely love taco bell. But not from this location. I didn’t even check before I took the first bite but I spit it out immediately. Disgusting! Ive never seen chicken this bad. Like why is is grey? I’m glad I spit it out. This could have very well given me food poisoning. Please check your food before eating it! I give them one star because staff is always friendly but not in this day.

They had no high chairs for the baby so it was a difficult eating experience as he couldn’t get comfortable to eat. I’ve never been to a fast food place without high chairs, I didn’t know that was a thing.

They don’t let you order in the front unless you’re ordering through the app or use self service so it’s easier to just go through drive-through instead of giving Taco Bell your personal information and they make it harder and harder Denise who was supposed to be taking front was doing drive-through and the person who was supposed to do drive-through was telling me that they cannot take orders at the front even though they have machine which I feel like she refuse to do because they can please don’t hire people in customer service cannot provide customer service for the hours they are getting paid systems are made to make things faster and a human brain made that and on top of that the food that they gave me I feel like has fungus and I asked for nacho fries and the fries they gave me have multiple fungus if anything happens to me I’m a come after them or if I died hopefully these aren’t my last words

The food at this Taco Bell is not bad. Their menu is getting better.
Their chicken strips are tiny though.

I frequent this location often and it’s not always perfect but one thing is for sure that customer service is always spot on in my interactions*
Recently I’ve been serviced by a gentleman named Jeremiah, who goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of, not only in supplying me with the essentials that are often missing from my meal (i.e napkins, sauce packets, utensils etc) every single time i order as well as great communication and empathy.
Truly the communication/people skills that bring loyal customers such as myself back to this establishment time and time again. Once again thank you and the rest of the Balch Springs Taco Bell staff, i haven’t had any specific issues with my food in months.
