Since 1964, Rosati’s Pizza has been using old Italian family recipes to bring the freshest, most authentic Chicago Pizza to neighborhoods in many states (and we continue to grow)! We forego trends and stick to tradition in order to Keep It Real! We use Real Ingredients for all of our pizza — Chicago Deep Dish, Thin Crust, Stuffed, and Double Dough! Our dough and sauce are made fresh every day, and our delicious cheese is hand-grated daily. Ingredients? We pile them high! In addition to pizza, we’re known for our amazing Italian pasta dishes (baked lasagna, mostaccioli and more), Italian Beef sandwiches, homemade breadsticks, wings, and antipasto. The food was delicious reasonably priced and arrived super fast. The delivery driver had no issues finding me or coming to my front door on the second floor. He was so nice and polite. They do make good pizza, a mean thin crust and I love thin crust. They usually deliver sooner than they say they will. But all the people who take the orders over the phone should repeat the order to the customer hanging up to make sure they got it right. Last time, I ordered, I asked for chicken, pepperoni, tomatoes and garlic. When it arrived, I saw on the pizza and the receipt that they put bacon on it instead of pepperoni. It was still good, I don’t hate bacon but I was a bit disappointed. So make sure you repeat the order to the customer to make sure you got it right. Other than that, great delivery and great pizza.

Found out about them last year. This is my preferred Rosati’s in my area. The crust is always thin and crisp. Prices aren’t bad. I appreciate when a pizza place makes pizza the right way without having to say well done or extra thin. This location gets me right every time.

I was telling a friend that I recently had very good gluten free pizza in San Francisco and she told me to go to Rosati’s! I don’t usually go to Madison street since I live near Lake on OP Ave! Very good gluten free pizza! I ordered green olives and mushrooms. Guy at register very friendly and helpful! I told him I didn’t get the free 12 inch pizza joining their app. He showed me on my order I hit extra olives & mushrooms! Free pizza was for 2 ingredients. Didn’t realize that I asked for extra! He gave me a coupon for future use. I didn’t get his name but very good customer service skills! App is easy to use except somehow I hit extra veggies!

I placed an order for delivery . When pizza arrived my order was wrong . Fortunately the driver was understanding as I was too . Contacted the Manager and made me my order again. The problem was whom I placed my order too at the beginning. Luckily the Manager (Chris ) was able to make things work. Appreciate the Manager who just did right .

Today is probably one if not the busiest day for Rosati’s. With their 14” two topping $3.50 pizza’s, they were SLAMMED! However, Chris and his team handled things the best they could and they got these orders out! Very impressed and the pizza is fire!!

So they tell me my order is ready, I show up 20 mins later and they say they haven’t even started. Even the online order tracker said it was ready. The “Edgar” that was at the front, copy and pasted from every corny meme you’ve seen in the last 5 years, said the best he could do is have it ready in another 20 mins. That’s it. No other fix or apology. The taste is subpar anyway at this location, go to the one in Cicero. Way better.
