Went in and ordered two beef and cheddars, two French dips last night, January 10/2026 at around 6:30 PM , We asked for two sauces And was charged $1.25 for the sauce after we paid $25 for the sandwiches really Arby’s we won’t be back!!!!’ Hope that dollar 25 was worth our business And the food wasn’t even that great. It was very Skippy on the roast beef, you are trying to make money and don’t care how you make the food anymore.!!!

Left restaurants without ordering because they couldn’t replace the cheese sticks They were out of for a few extra curly fries so instead of paying $7.99. My total would’ve been over $15-$18 for the same meal charge separately for each item. You chose to lose a customer over an item that you were out of stock that you could not replace for a few french fries. Your loss.

Me and my daughter at dinner here and the jalapeño bites was warm not hot.
The beef and cheddar was delicious.
My daughters nuggets and fries was good.
Restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.
Hopefully next time they will make my food hot.

Greek Gyro didn’t taste the way I remember them (I think the meat was bad). I only ate a few bites and that was it, couldn’t handle anymore. The crinkle fries were good as always. Employees in back fixing food were loud, arguing, and a little obnoxious. I really love Arby’s, but I won’t be back to this one.

When inn the drive thru, my 72 y/o mother was ordering. She is hard of hearing and has to wear hearing aids in both ears. While she was ordering the person taking the order asked her to repeat the order and then said “you don’t need to yell the order” that is when I jumped in and stated she is hard of hearing. After I made my comment the voice changed to another person who finished our order. My mother never heard the comment made by the employee but I did. The rude demeanor of this employee should be addressed.
