My husband and I just received our meal from the drive thru. We waited to eat at home and realized the burger was not cooked. Very disappointing. Both our orders were under cooked.

Honestly very rude workers. I normally don’t make complaints. I came through the drive through with 2 other friends, placed 2 app orders and wanted to do one through the drive thru. They said no its against policy to do more than 2, which is okay. But when we got to the window, we got told to pull up to the last window. Then the worker at the last window argued with us and said we could only do 1 order. We had to explain multiple times that we placed 1 app order and 1 drive thru, they finally gave us the food. I came inside to get the other order which took 10 minutes and they were being very very nasty towards other customers including my friends. There was a super nice lady who was inside who got her food and they had to remake it too. NO MEAT on her cheeseburger, they just gave her a bun and toppings. Consider new staff or retraining them, cuz this experience was ridiculous

yall need to get it together im sorry, i ordered a online pickup at 10pm and i was going to go inside to pick it up but was told the lobby was closed and i could get it in drive thru. understandable. i go to drive thru and had to wait a hot minute and when i got up to the speaker they said my order wasn’t in the system. so i said can i pull around and show you my order because i did in fact order it and have paid already and the guy said okay. i get up to the window after a while and they give me my food apologizing i said oh it’s okay don’t worry, i noticed i was missing my fries so i said “hey im sorry im missing my fries” the guy tells one of the ladies in the back and she rolled her eyes. i’m sorry but there’s no reason to roll your eyes in front of a customer who wasn’t being rude and i wasn’t trying to be rude about anything i said i was just simply missing an item. she looked me in the eyes and the rolled her eyes, whoever yall got back there needs to do better with customer service because there was no reason for that at all im sorry. i used to work fast food so i understand but that was out of line on the workers part. do better.

I went in on the 16th and I went through the drive thru my change should have been 4.84. The girl working told me they didn’t have enough money to give me all my change and said be blessed. I said no worries thinking it was a couple cents because of the penny shortage. I was driving to the next window and I realized she shorted me $3. I don’t even think the change was .84 but I wasn’t going to fuss over that. I told them at the next window and someone went and got me my $3 that the girl said they didn’t have to give me. They didn’t seem phased that an employee was shorting a customer their change.

This is the second time I’ve been treated with the utmost respect, genuine, kindness, and patience in a seriously long time since moving to Angier. I found out today that he’s the GM. The are always leaving an item out of our order. Every time we order in drive-thru we are told to park and wait 10-15 minutes and each time they have left out one food item. If you order inside, be prepared to wait 30 minutes. If your inside order has a drink, you will always need to remind them to give you a cup when they hand you your food.

1st of all the food was delicious and the service was quick . We ate at the grill and the owner chatted with us as we ate.. not a worrisome chat, but interested in us as his customers , we very much enjoyed the conversation. This place must always be good because people were coming through the drive through and eating at the booths even around 3 pm.. Well worth the trip to have their delicious tacos.. 2 for $3 each for $6 total and a gracious plenty of good Mexican Food. Will definitely be going back there again next time we are in Dunn.. try them out you’ll be glad you did!

They dont treat delivery drivers well. They will have you waiting so long and not tell you when the customers order is ready. Its nothing new considering this is my experience with most mcdonalds.
