I came across this restaurant while walking past and was immediately drawn in by its elegant interior and art pieces. Despite walk in without a reservation, I was warmly welcomed and looked after with genuinely attentive 5-star service.
The food was beautifully portioned and super delicious, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. Everything exceeded expectations making the experience feel thoroughly worth the price. An unexpected lovely accidental find.
A place I would happily return to and I would confidently recommend to friends and family on a future visit to Switzerland.

When you enter, you are not sure if this is a restaurant or an art museum. The inside is full of paintings and many small details. Everything looks rich and beautiful. The atmosphere changes your mood and makes you feel calm and happy.
The service is 5 stars. The staff really care about you and are very kind. The Italian food is very good, tasty, fresh and expensive.

Really good Italian spot in Lucerne. Food was impeccable, simple, clean, and done right.
Had the sole fish without the sauce, just lemon and olive oil, and it was perfect. The spaghetti with tomato sauce was honestly wow.
Our server Monzo was super friendly and made the experience even better.
Would definitely come back.

Beautiful restaurant. Our experience doesn’t seem to match what we saw in other reviews.
Our server really wanted us out the door as fast as possible. We didn’t really understand why, but he told us that the kitchen was closing soon when we sat down at 7:30.
He brought our apps and entries together and the bill rather quickly. It was 45 mins in and out.
Very strange for a higher end dining experience.

This Italian restaurant offers a compelling menu and the waiters are super attentive even for inside seating. Our waiter in particular patiently helped us pay partially. The portions were perfect for the price, not too pricey but what you would expect. Great place to come for Italian cuisine in Luzern!

4.5 stars overall. Barbatti is a classy Italian restaurant with wonderful service, elegant surroundings, and good food. My husband enjoyed his branzino on wild rice. My lamb chops were tender and juicy, but the side of roasted potatoes was tough and flavorless, which detracted from my meal. Our waiter Andrea was friendly and professional, and he made good wine suggestions to go with our meal. We love the Bindella group restaurants and will continue to frequent them.
