I have been coming to Jack n the Box for years. This was the worst experience I have ever had.. as you can see in the pictures and my receipt, what I received was not what I paid for!! After going all the way back to the restaurant I was greeted by a very rude employee she didn’t have her name badge on nor would she give me her name. When I showed her the hamburger that I paid for was not what I received she took it back to the person in the kitchen and they started laughing. All I wanted was a double jack with the meat patties not an attitude.. after waiting for 20 minutes the rest of my food became cold. I did not receive a apology at all just an attitude.
Next time I’ll just go to Mc Donald’s up the street. At least if they mess up they fix it right away, and I’ll get my hamburger with the patties on the bun!!

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this Jack in the Box location. The young Asian man working the drive-thru displayed a passive aggressive attitude the entire time. He was popping his neck, acting irritated when asked simple questions, and made me feel rushed even though I was the paying customer. On top of the poor attitude, the food was prepared sloppily and handed over without any care. Customers should not have to deal with disrespectful service and subpar food quality at the same time. I highly recommend removing him from the drivethru window, as his behavior reflects very poorly on the restaurant.

Ordered a 4 piece mozzarella sticks and they gave me 3 and they are all messed up looking. And one has no cheese in it. Basically there was one that was edible and it was cold and hard. And I don’t have time to go back before work. Of course they won’t answer the phone.

Jack in the Box has no right being this good for fast food. A better burger than Wendy’s or Steak N’ Shake. Better curly fries than Arby’s. Churros like Taco Bell cinnamon twists but better. A great go-to for fast food!

Have had multiple disappointing trips to this location. Recently ordered “Classic Sauced & Loaded Waffle Fries”, which amounted to about 1/4 potato, 1/3 slice of cheese, a few bacon bits, and mysterious green flecks.

Horrible food, they do not change their grease! You can taste old food when you eat the hashbrowns. They give you cold food that’s been sitting and they slap you sandwiches sloppily together with no love. The taste shows it. Not the best location. I took a photo of the lady who gave me old grease hashborwns.

Not good, cold bacon, hard on ouside mushy inside toast sticks, eggs smelled and taste over cooked. Asked to be sure all items in bag.6 syrups, no napkins, no ketchup, smh 1st bad experience. Anyways…. 10 bucks for disqust today..only thing ok was coffee

Depending what on what time you go it’s a hit or miss with your food. The French fries was cold but they did replace them. The sourdough chicken sandwich was good just wish they used a different piece of lettuce. Ate inside and it’s a clean place and the soda machine was up to date. Pretty good just go at the right time.
