I’m a frequent customer at La Carreta, and I’ve consistently had a great experience there. Since the recent renovation, many things have improved, and that’s one of the reasons I visit so often. The atmosphere is always comfortable and welcoming, and the service is always attentive, especially from the server Liz, who has always been kind, friendly, and very helpful.
I especially love their food. The bandeja paisa is one of my favorite dishes, full of flavor and very satisfying. Their desserts are also excellent, I’m in love with the brownie with ice cream and the pandebono pudding .
Overall, it’s a place I enjoy coming back to, whether for a full meal or just to treat myself to dessert. Highly recommended.

The staff is outstanding. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. They offered great recommendations and made us feel right at home. You can tell they take pride in what they serve and how they treat their guests.
Now the food—absolutely incredible. We ordered the Cazuela de Frijoles, and it was packed with flavor. The combination of beans, crispy pork, chorizo, avocado, plantains, and rice was perfection. Comfort food at its best, and the portion was generous enough to leave us completely satisfied.
We also had our go-to, the Pollo al Horno, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, paired perfectly with plantains, rice, fresh slaw, and a hearty side of beans. Every bite was delicious, and the portion size was spot on—filling without being overwhelming.

I think I’ve become a regular here and the food is good and the drinks (and I’m picky) , but what makes this restaurant great is its staff, (I will name as many as I can) Jenny (the manager such a kind person always comes by for a chat no matter how busy even if it’s only to say hello) Andres an outstanding person and very attentive, I’m always greeted by the hostess as soon as I walk in. Virginia, Liz, Eugenio, Gabriela, Sindy , Luisa and Diego are all great and make one feel welcomed. I can’t say ask for one over the other , they all are GREAT at what they do. In a society where you go out to eat and you just feel as if they want you in and out and your money, not here these people make you feel welcomed and that’s a dying thing these days. I eat here at least once a week as a treat to myself. You won’t be disappointed

This is a hidden gem. I drove past this restaurant for years, thinking it was just a hole in the wall. The inside is super fancy and clean. There is a grocery store, and the food was not expensive for the large portion you receive. There was also live music. The menu is a bit of Mexican and Columbian and tasted great.

A nice, and much needed, Latin dining restaurant. Great atmosphere and live music- not too loud where you have to shout. The food was phenomenal. Our server was attentive but not the most friendly person, but wasn’t a deal breaker. We will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure to bring an international group of medical interpreters, 17, to eat at La Carreta last week. It was such an amazing experience. Everyone was happy and delighted to try our delicious Colombian food. The service was 100% great. Nayeli was incredible. She was so patient and ready to serve everyone with a smile on her face. The owners and all the employees made everyone feel welcomed and important. The food was delicious and the drinks amazing. We loved it. Please give them a try. You’ll never been disappointed.
