This is the second experience we had with them, but this one is so egregious that I had to come here and do this we ordered 2 Baconater Combos and got two double stack combos, which was not what We ordered and then our fries were only half they’re not even done. They were literally stone cold and halfway done if you guys were smart, you would never go to this place. They have a history of just messing everything up and it’s it’s just terrible.

Go elsewhere. You’ll regret eating here. Not only was the service extremely slow (waited almost 30 minutes for a single burger, fries, and 10 piece nugget), but they were out of spicy nuggets. Then when I got home, I took a bite of my burger and it was RAW. Not just a little pink, but fully raw in the middle. There was also no lettuce on the burger, no idea why. Extremely disappointed I spent a single dollar here.

The food was wonderful. The fries were fresh, and the spicy chicken sandwich was on point ! Everyone was super friendly, and I really enjoyed my meal.
I must say this was the best experience I have ever had at a Wendy’s. Thank you. We will be stopping in again the next time we are in Pendleton.

What a crappy restaurant! Horrible representative for a national chain! They could not get a simple order right. The manager did not even apologize or acknowledge that his staff messed up the order. The burger was cold and the fries were the little remnants that you find at the bottom of the bag. I’ve always been a fan of Wendy’s but this particular location was absolutely awful. Get rid of the manager and the staff with better!!!!

It was a pit stop on our long journey from Oregon to Idaho. The cashier was really friendly! Only thing I didn’t like was that the chili “wasn’t ready yet” and I usually put chili on my baconator fries so that was a bummer. Also, didn’t receive a form so I had to eat my baconator fries with my fingers ♀️

Our fries were COLD. Not even microwaved dawg, like cmon. I’ve been working in food service for 9 years & this is just sad.
My boyfriend said his burger smelled funny too.
The mango pineapple drink was good though, & my nuggies were great.

I swear it must be a thing with all wendy’s to be super slow. Always have to wait a minimum of ten to fifteen minutes in the drive through. However, that said I do like their food much better than most fast food restaurants.

Placed a doordash order for my kids and didn’t get our food for over an hour. I had to call the restaurant to find out what was going on and was told they were busy/short staffed but would start cooking our food as soon as they could. When we got our food we didn’t get any of the sauces we were required to select to place the order or the spoons/napkins that were also required to select. The food was mediocre and not worth tbe hype. Will not be doordashing from there in the future.
