My husband and I ate at this Chili’s for the first time in years and were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated right away. Our server was so nice and took great care of us. The food was great! My husband said his burger was the best he’s had in years. I got the triple dipper appetizer for my meal and everything was perfect! We have zero complaints. We will definitely be back soon.

This may be the worst chilis I’ve ever been to. As Charles Barkley would say it was TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE. Started off good got seated our waitress came got our drinks and took our order because we knew what we wanted. Well this would be one of the very few times we saw her all night. I had asked if I could get all flats on my wings for my triple dipper and she said no it’s random okay that’s fine so she brings us our food I get all drums. Can’t tell me that’s random. Then my girlfriend’s ranch has a big ol long hair in it. We sent it back with her and she got her another one. We eat and I’m one that drinks a lot while I eat (non alcoholic) my Dr Pepper is nearing empty has been since she set the food down and she doesn’t offer to refill it or take my cup even. She finally comes back so we can put a to go order in and as we’re about to ask for a box to put our food in she’s already running away. She’s giving the table behind us a lot of attention but won’t even come talk to us. Finally she brings out our to go order and is reaching in it acting like it won’t close like it’s closed fine. 10/10 worst service I’ve ever had.

I have a handicap, teenage Grandson that I brought in today. It was our first of many dates that we will be taking to get him acquainted with restaurant and eating out. We chose the perfect place and I think we will come here every time we have a date day. Our waitress was Haley and she had a beautiful spirit and she was very attentive and happy. She kept the things going perfect. we could not have asked for a better waitress. The food was good. The service was awesome, but like I said, she made our day and I noticed by looking around several tables she was very attentive made all of her tables happy. It was just a good day. Thank you for hiring a good staff. It makes a difference and for sure when we come we will always ask for Haley as our waitress from now on. I have been a secret shopper for 22 years. I received chef’s kiss service starting with the hospitality of the hostess, the great 3 for me special , rewards from my phone app and the delicious meal. The hostess recommended how I could get the most for my money. As a result, I paid less than $18.00 for a generous meal with dessert, a drink and a huge bag of chips. I will return soon!

Asked for my burger Med Rare. It came out well done. SUPER well done. As in the meat was crispy. Manager then tells me that’s the only way they can cook it. Okay… I then had them take it off my bill and sent it back. Went to chic-fil-a next door. I’m soooooo done with Chili’s overall everywhere. No more for me!

The service was excellent because our waitress, Maddie, was very understanding of our disappointment with the food. The mashed potatoes were cold, the rice was crunchy, and one lady left the place throwing up after finding hair under her ribeye. And they had a whole pan filled with rice out on a table! The manager seems not to care about our food complaints; she was too nonchalant about the situation. We didn’t appreciate that at all. And didn’t offer a discount on our bill as an apology for the food that we received after traveling 6 hours. This place is not for people of color, based on how we were treated with our food and by the manager. It was a waste of money coming here!

Stopped in for lunch, had one server for the five booths of patrons. Service was slow, food did not come to the table as ordered, fried pickles arrived to table with no plates or utensils. Had the blackberry tea, the first was super sweet and the second was like water. Disappointing Chilis experience to say the least, it was not worth the $75 bill and no alcohol ♀️

Excellent prompt service and check backs, everything was hot and fresh, drinks refilled quickly and with a smile. Great experience overall. My mom and I enjoyed going. TVs on several sports so different ones could be watched. Love the SW egg rolls and TexMex bowl.

Quick lunch while out of town. Decided to change it up and get the Margarita grilled chicken with black beans and Mexican rice. The food was fast and hot. Flavors were really good. The waiter was nice and made sure we were doing good.
