“I stopped by Chipotle restaurant and noticed the windows frame could use a good cleaning – a bit of a first impression ding.However, the service was top-notch, really attentive and friendly.As for the food, my dish fell apart a bit more than I’d have liked, but the flavors were on point! Maybe a tweak in presentation or portioning could help with that.

Convenient location good customer service. Very busy even though is not peak hour which is good because food moves faster the downside the place gets kind of messy. Good portions and music is not blasting which is greatly appreciated. Enough parking spaces. Entrance is street level

This is the best Chipotle I have ever been to! I have only been to this location once so I can only base my review off of this experience. The food here was amazing! I tasted flavors in the rice and steak that I had not tasted at other locations. It was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth! There was plenty of staff working and each person was friendly. My only complaint was that the peppers and onions weren’t really cooked. If I were ever in the area again, I would definitely return to this location!

Mixes all the meats and plant based proteins by carelessly spreading them around.
I saw the staff cleaning the counter with hands wearing the gloves and serving the food again with the same unclean gloves without even changing it, keep on serving other customers till I left with the same thing.
Adding very small portions than what they should have been adding, like they need to do more work to prepare more stuff or something.
I already ordered and cannot refuse as I am halfway through it when I noticed this, and I don’t want to waste the food, so I took the order, so please avoid this place at all cost, do not repeat the mistake I did of coming here!

Everyone has different experiences. I have been here several times and have had nothing but a good experience. I do however always do my order through the app so I’ve never had to wait in that long line I’ve seen. The restaurant could work a little on the cleanliness would be my only complaint. My food is always fresh, good, and the portions are on point!! This location is wayyyyy better than the slow one they put on highway 42.

Not clean at all. There were only what appeared to be teens working with one adult. It was a mess. No one stopped to wipe the counters. The food was being put into the plate, and when some fell out, NO ONE even tried to clean it up. It was the same at the front counter as it was in the mobile order section. What appeared to be beans were burning on the stove. It was just terrible.

Food was great, lady who made it was nice, but Josh, the manager (I think) ruined my experience. He was fairly rude to me, and needs a talk about how he treats his customers. Very angry and judgy, and the employees were clearly unhappy with his performance.

It’s been a while since we visited a Chipotle and after this visit, it might be our last.
They took our order quickly and the food was tasty but the restaurant was not clean. The drink area had a lot of trash and no plastic ware. With nine employees standing around you would think they would clean the seating area and the trash under the counters.

Dull Point
I HATE HATE HATE ordering from this location but unfortunately the location in Clayton which is SIGNIFICANTLY better isn’t in my DoorDash area. There’s barely any meat in the bowl. The quac is now extra regardless and there’s barely any quac on my bowl for the additional 3.75!! I have to spread it around. I HATE HATE THIS LOCATION!! I want my money back!
