We were in town for a work gig and needed something a little more solid than fast food, so we stopped by this location. Our server was awesome but the food was not great.

Parking was great and got seated right away. We arrived an hour after they opened so it wasn’t too busy yet.
Some of the food was “ok,” and some was really good too. We ordered the patty o’melt, which was delicious. We also ordered the chicken tenders, which I was unhappy with. My tenders were hard and over cooked, so I had to pull everything apart to get the little bit of meat out that wasn’t overcooked. Because of the lengthy cooking, the little I got was dry. The fries were good, so there was nothing wrong there.
We also ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, and it came cold. I’ve had this before when it was piping hot and the cheese was melted. This one was cold with cheese sprinkled on it, not melted. I was pretty disappointed.
For dessert, we had the caramel pie thing, and it was amazing. That was the best part of my meal.
Overall, it was ok. I’ve eaten at this location 3 years ago, and it was amazing, which is why we went back. I hope the next time we go, it will be amazing again.

Bubbles Return
We love to get an early lunch at this location between visits at Summit Medical. The loaded potato soup is really good and pairs well with those fresh made rolls OldCharlies is famous for. We enjoy all their food but that soup is special. Service is fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

2/7/26 My niece and I went there for the first time. Our waiter brought us 2 rolls, my niece got her soup and salad, I got my salad then the waiter came back awhile later and said how about dessert, both my niece and myself said I hadn’t even got my food. Then he only came back and we didn’t see him till he brought the checks and we waited for awhile longer, we finally had to ask someone else to go find him so we could pay and he still didn’t show up for at least 10 minutes. So the waiter got no tip from me and he gets a 0 review as a waiter. We will never go back there.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered carryout, and the catfish dinner looked like someone in the kitchen ate half of it before boxing it up. The chicken tenders were hard and overcooked. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at O’Charley’s. We will not be going back!

This was the worst food I have had in a long time. We both had the chicken tender salad and the chicken was old breading. Thier was no chicken meat in mine just old hard breading from the chicken. My bf had 1 piece of chicken in his and it was hard. The cheese wedges were cold and soggy, the bread was hard. There was not 1 good thing about this dinner. I don’t leave many negative reviews I usually just think it’s a one off however it has only been marginal in the past.

We walked in and was told 25 min wait so I decided to carry out. I passed empty multiple tables on the way to carry out. The young lady was nice enough. Told me 20 to 30 minutes for our food. Should have waited to be seated. Nearly 40 minutes later we received our order. They did not supply us with any plasticware. My steak was rare I ordered medium. Overall our experience was at best mediocre.

O’Charley’s is a classic American restaurant that’s been around for decades. They have tasty food at some of the best prices in today’s post pandemic world. The waitresses here are very nice and attentive to your needs.
O’Charley’s has free pie on Wednesdays where you can choose everything from Apple Pie to Key Lime Pie and even Peach cobbler.

Had Bri as me and my wife’s server, best service we’ve had in a while, we will for sure be back, and the strawberry cheesecake is to die for!!! And we had the cheese wedges, she had them before, and tonight was my first time having them, and they were amazing! We will for sure be back 10/10 would recommend!

My Mother, sister and I recently visited this location and we had a fairly decent visit a few things that I feel should be addressed but the GM did come over to apologize for the one major concern I would have and that’s with the utensils being dirty. I hate that we experienced that but I do understand that we are living in a time where it is hard to get good help and even the fact that we could enter a restaurant where there is a hostess who does NOT acknowledge it presence until u can NO longer be ignored says a LOT to me. She finally smiled and came over to greet us saying that she was entering a to go order something that they have to do now and have NOT always had to do so she could NOT get over to us upon our initial entrance. I feel like this was just said to take away from the awkwardness of us still standing there. A simple smile goes a long way it even a head feature that says I see u and will be right with u would be more courteous but hey I came to eat so when it comes to the food my mother and I were pleased with our burgers . My sister NOT so satisfied with the potato soup which looked like cheese whiz and had very few potatoes. The sandwich portion for the club on the happy hour menu we understood to be half a sandwich but looked more like a half of a half. Courtney did a good job of waiting on us and smiled while doing so , so I would like to point out her being attentive while waiting on us and taking care of us was very much appreciated. I feel I would visit this location again because I have one more than one occasion my hope is just that the experience will be much better.
