I had a horrible experience at this location. I went thru drive thru for 2 cheeseburgers and was asked to park in a spot that had a cone blocking it. So I found another spot and parked. I went in. I asked the employee at the register about my order and he walked away for 5 mins. Then went on break.
I asked him about my order and he was like, im on break. Then when my order was finally found (10 mins later). Other customers were complaining as well. Another employee gave me attitude because I didn’t park in a spot that was blocked.
I do not recommend this location at all!

This is the second time I order a big breakfast meal and I get home and I’m missing the pancakes.
The first time I was missing the meat and the pancakes and I drove back 15 minutes to get it.

Today I noticed at the drive thru they didn’t add the syrup or fork in the bag and I had to ask, but I did not noticed until I got home I was missing the pancakes.

I shouldn’t have to drive back and forth just to get what I paid full price for. There’s consistent mistakes at this drive thru

So I went through the drive thru and asked for a chocolate shake and some other stuff and got through the the window after paying and was given my food there was no one behind me and was told they were still working on my shake and told me to go to spot one just to sit there for 10 minutes and never had a worker come out there and watched like 7 cars go passed me like I dont know if there machine was down and didnt want say anything because of it but that’s so pretty bad service at least tell me that you couldn’t do instead of having me go pay for stuff didnt ask for a recipe because usually u never need it but clearly now I got to start doing that didnt have time to walk in there had a meeting to get to as well.

I came here last week. I had to drive my mother to her physical therapy. She’s had multiple strokes over the last few years and can’t drive or work anymore . What is worst is Social Security is giving her the run around with award her disability ‍ . Anyway McDonald’s was across the street from the physical therapy. I didn’t order any food, bc I had already ate from another McDonald’s earlier that day. I did use the free WiFi and it worked amazingly, as I waited for her session to be over. Thank you.

This place has children as managers who can’t keep orders correct, and can’t get things out quick enough. Since summer I have noticed a downfall on this location and its staff. Please just take your business to McDonald’s up 59 or right off the highway. To McDonald’s, do better and hire people who know how to manage, not 23 year old Jimmy who can’t figure it out

Wa in DT last night around 930, placed my order and waited a long time for my food, the employees were standing around talking and fooling around. Finally a male came and asked what I was waiting for I said my whole order. It had been sitting there the whole time. When I got upset the the male with glasses mocked me. Avoid this place

Extremely disappointed with the quality of our food. Yes we got it extremely fast, and yes we understand this is fast food however we don’t expect to sacrifice quality for speed.

The fries have that soft gummy feel, so you know they’ve been sitting under that heat lamp for a very long time.

The nuggets were worse. I’m guessing they made a batch for lunch and by 6 no one wanted to try the spicy nuggets so I got the batch that’s been sitting out for a few hours. They were like room temperature warm, the breading was rubber and the chicken also rubber. Just cooking in that heatlamp.

My son’s burger with the happy meal was fine, but his fries were old like mine.

Feels like they premade food for dinner rush, so they could pump through the lines.

It sucks because McDonald’s can scratch that itch when you have it, but when it’s bad, it’s spectacularly bad. This one is convenient because it’s so close but we have 2 others 5 minutes away. That’s where I’ll be going if I decide I want to spin the wheel of disappointment and try McDonald’s again (this isn’t the first time we’ve neen disappointed, but this prompted this review)

I don’t know how this can happen twice in 6 months but McDonald’s shorewood continues to give me toasted buns with my fillet of fish. The buns are supposed to be steamed! If they can’t get a simple sandwich made correctly I don’t think there’s much hope for McDonalds but to continue to slide down in their quality.

Manager at drive through made eye contact with me. I waited 2 more minutes. Let the staff know I was going to Wendy’s.
Horrible service. Avoid this McDonalds if at all possible.
