Our server Alicia was so kind and great! The food was delicious and perfectly HOT when it arrived to our table. So much flavor!

WOW is all I can say. I stopped in to have one Margarita and a veggie/ shrimp bowl and everything was perfect per the norm!! Everyone is always friendly at all times and the food is always fresh and hot. It’s the temperature for me. Temperature is critical when it comes to rating a restaurant. If the food feels as if it came from under a warmer, I don’t want it. That’s never the case at Top Crab. Hey, but y’all certainly need to get Shermia back as a waitress!!

Excellent place to eat and entertain, no matter the time of day!! This is the place to bring friends and family that are visiting. The food is always fresh, hot and fun (seeing a big gruff man wearing a bib and gloves with melted butter smeared all over his face….unforgettable!!)
The service is ALWAYS top notch!! This past visit, I had to let management know how much our server, Dasia, made our visit memorable!! She welcomed us like we were old friends and had us laughing and enjoying our meals. She made the atmosphere comfortable and treated us like we were friends, not customers. A rare quality not many people have!! The food spoke for itself…..the chef nailed it as always!! And the service!?!…..will always have me coming back!!! Thank you Top Crab for making myself and Augusta look good!!!

Loved the location, very friendly staff, give great recommendations on drinks and food for Happy Hour. Our waiter was amazing, she made sure to check in on us multiple times while we were eating and just talking, as we were closing out she caught a mistake on the bill and let us know. She not only gave us the choice to fix the problem but also came outside to give us our gift cards of the difference because we forgot, I will be back.

The food was amazing, the food took forever to come when order. We were told it would take some time for the main corse which was OK to us but the service on the appetizers took over an hour. The waitress did not come and check on us much and we were always looking for her to ask for more drinks. We sat for 25 minutes just waiting to see our waitress to ask for the check. The food was really good but the attention to customer was poor.

The food is great. I love the low country boil. I got the house seasoning and med hot. It wasn’t too hot for me. Another time got the Fried Shrimp and it was good as well. The atmosphere was bright and decorations were nice to look at. Glad it’s a dine in restaurant because we don’t have enough of them. We need more sit down restaurants in North Augusta. I will be back.

Overall, the experience was great. The food was delicious, and it was enough for the price. The service was ok. The server wasn’t the most attentive, and I’m almost positive there were 2 employees drinking on the job, unless they came in drunk. However it happened, they were at work under the influence of something!!! The atmosphere was a whole vibe, like a lounge. Great music and drinks. I don’t think I would bring my kids here to eat though.

I ordered a lb of shrimp and a half lb of crab. I only got one cluster of crab legs which is sketchy for a half lb, I didn’t receive any lemons to go long with my boil which is a MUST when eating a seafood boil. I ordered extra boil sauce and it didn’t taste that good. I plan to try Rockin Crab I heard good things about them
