Taco Bell used to be our go-to. Not so much these days because of experiences like the one we had last week at this location. We pre-ordered for pickup, and that part was fine, as was the pickup, but the food!!!Our hard shell taco had been loaded into a large bag first, then 2 soft tacos on top of it. Having 2 hot tacos on top of a hard shell taco is a huge problem because it made the hard shell soft and soggy. If that wasn’t bad enough, another smaller bag was put inside this bag (on top of the 3 tacos), and 2 very hot orders of fries and cheese were placed in that. The soft tacos were an absolute mess from being squished by more hot food, and the hard taco was more like ground beef with soggy chips in it (the photo was before we tried to pick it up to eat it, at which time it fell apart). The fries were great, though! And the food was hot, which is good. Had the employees shown some common sense, the tacos would have been fine. The store itself is fine, and so are the employees, but there needs to be some training on how to properly prep and package the food.

This location isn’t concerned with how your order is packed if you order through DoorDash/Uber Eats. They just shove it in the smallest bag with heavy items on top of your Mexican Pizza!

Honestly this place deserves zero stars… I’m tired of paying SO much for garbage tacos!
My Chicken Supreme Chalupa was ice cold and had almost no chicken it. I could barely bite through the shell, I don’t think they even warmed the shell itself and it was almost all sour cream (See Picture)
It’s the closest Taco bell to my house and we love to get it on lazy nights for the family but this one has never given us good food ever! It’s so disappointing that the prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down….

I went to pay with cash. I had a 50 dollar bill and was told they could not take anything higher than a 20. There were no signs stating this. I was told due to other people giving counterfeit money I am being called a liar and a fraud. The manager called her supervisor and he told her he just didn’t have time to put a sign up. Terrible experience.

Absolutely loved my most recent visit to this Taco Bell! The service was impressively fast, and the staff didn’t just meet expectations—they exceeded them. I was pleasantly surprised by how many times I’ve received things free of charge. A big shoutout to the team for their exceptional service. Their dedication genuinely enhances the dining experience. The food and service were terrible.
We ordered 16 items and only received 12. Then, they asked if I needed hot sauce, and didn’t receive any.
They decided to put everything in one bad. All the crunchy tacos were broken. Then the bags of chips were dumped out so they ended up on the bottom of the bag.
To top it off, they apparently can’t label the burritos correctly. So we got to finger each other’s food to figure out what burrito was who’s.

****update*** unfortunately, the past three times I’ve gone and ordered my tacos supreme with no sour cream which means they should have tomatoes already. Then I asked for extra tomatoes and the picture is what I get. Please note the receipt $1.50 for extra tomatoes. Customer service is good. Food prep is horrible! ******”********This Taco Bell has improved immensely. Previously the shells tasted like chemicals. Everything tastes much better now. Service is good as well.

My son loves Taco Bell the last time I took him there he got a nacho bell grande and a chicken burrito, I got cinnamon twists. the food was good, the order was correct. Inside was clean and the employees were very friendly.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would!! This Taco Bell is the WORST! They mess up the order EVERY single time I go, and I keep trying to give them a chance. I’m not talking figuratively, LITERALLY 5 times now. It JUST isn’t hard to remove tomatoes from the order. Horrible, just horrible incompetence. So much so, I drive 5 miles farther to enjoy Taco Bell and avoid this location. This was the final straw, this Mexican Pizza is just ridiculous. Shame on Taco Bell for not fixing this locations comedy of errors.
