First time visiting this restaurant. The only way to make a reservation was calling to the restaurant (not online or app to reserve). At the moment of arrival the host was attentive and escorted to the table. The decoration and ambiance is like a traditional Italian restaurant (not modern not fancy) pretty normal. Our server was friendly and explained the menu and make suggestions. We ordered sangria (not on the drink menu) by glass. We asked for Carpaccio but she said they removed from the menu and ordered the mozzarella with prosciutto. Tried Costino de Carne, Lasagna and Pacheri alla Norcina. Was good not the best. For dessert tried the Tiramisu, was good not the best. Not an expensive place with a great food and good portion in Lake Nona area.

Armando’s Italian Restaurant in Lake Nona is an absolute gem and one of our favorite places to dine. From the moment you walk in, the ambience sets the tone for a wonderful experience. Tables are nicely spaced and beautifully dressed with linen tablecloths and napkins, creating an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. Large picture windows overlook a stunning lake, with the Central fountain visible just behind the restaurant. Whether you choose indoor seating or alfresco dining, the setting is truly exceptional.
The food is outstanding—classic Italian dishes prepared to perfection. Everything we’ve tried has been delicious, but the lasagna is a standout. It’s baked under a broiler and finished with a perfectly melted layer of mozzarella cheese on top, making it rich, comforting, and unforgettable. The wine and beer selection is well curated, and weekday happy hour offers great deals on beers and wines, which is an added bonus.
Service is consistently excellent. Be sure to ask for Laura—she goes above and beyond to make sure your dining experience is flawless.
In summary, we absolutely love Armando’s and visit as often as possible. Highly recommended for anyone looking for fantastic Italian food, beautiful views, and top-notch service.

I really love this place. The service and the food are always excellent, and everything is consistently great. I especially love their pizzas they’re absolutely delicious.

Perfect way to end my day. I went into Armando’s and the young lady at the host stand was incredibly friendly , helpful and inviting. I was looking for a specific noodle before I sat down and I wanted to make sure they had what I was looking for. She was kind enough to tell me what noodles they had in the store before I decided to sit down. Now my server Jahyn paul very lovely guy. He has a lot of charisma and is overall a great person to be around. He gave me options , helped me find what I was looking for while recommending some other items. Now the reason I came the food and the view. It’s something about Armando’s that brings such a nice relaxing vibe. I had a nice solo dinner with a pleasant sever and a nice view. I can’t wait too come back for the same dish ahah

Back again to celebrate several friends’ birthdays. Service was on point by Crystal. Excellent service and food. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We were a party of six and kudos to the manager for surprising us with a special dessert plate to celebrate! We will definitely be back.

We’ve been dinning at Armando’s for 4 years now and there has been a 365 transformation to the restaurant. New menu with new delicious options and prior favorites, the decor is romantic and elegant, new Italian breads, the Italian instrumental music transporting you to Italy!, and the ambiance wanting to come back soon again! Armando’s is one of our favorite places to go. Not only is the restaurant cozy and welcoming but the service is top tier. The manager, Omar, is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. He serves with love and heart. Our server today was Albri and she was an absolute sweetheart. We will ALWAYS come back to Armando’s any chance we get. The food is absolutely amazing and warms my stomach and heart.
