Look I love some of the employees here and I’ve waited an hour in line before for my food, I love Taco Bell. I ALWAYS tip at the window, too. Yesterday I came at 3:20am and was told they were closed. Okay, cool. My coworker came eight minutes later and they served them. Whatever. Today I went at 1:30am and they told me they were only taking DoorDash or UberEats orders. I was like??? Huh?? I don’t know if these employees are new or what, but that’s crazy. Clearly they do not care at all. OH, and three people were working. So they had to means to make the food. They’re just there to milk the clock it seems. Shameful, really.

The food is amazing but SERVICE I would literally not come back because of it. This lady that looks like she’s in her 20’s had a septum piercing, brown skin with tattoos on her arm had told us to give her a moment at the speaker. We waited for 30 minutes kid you not, just for her to say at the speaker “are ya’ll ready to order or what?” Rude and unprofessional. Management needs be to be fired! If you are unable to handle customers the proper way go somewhere else!

Taco Bell wasn’t too busy when my mom & I ate here for lunch. $5 box deal is available which comes with a cheese ground beef burrito, crunchy taco, a drink, and churo. Pretty good & filling. Worth the price. The dine in wasn’t busy but drive through was. Great food, atmosphere, & employee.

I received a terrible service! I went to the Pleasant Hill Road location last night and it took forever to get my order. They used to give a faster and better service before, but now the service has gone downhill. The crunchy taco that I got it barely had meat or cheese on it. Also, the young woman employee that was handing the orders was giving free food coupons to some customers in compensation for the long wait, but she did not give me any. I’m so disappointed!

I came to this taco bell expecting to be able to quickly enter and retrieve my food. That is when the employees would not allow me to enter even though the establishment was clearly enter at 9 PM. They instead sent me through the drive through and were incredibly disrespectful. While I understand it might be policy they acted completely unprofessionally. Would not eat again

I had a great experience overall, but there’s one thing that stood out to me. I understand this is a Mexican-based company, but since we’re in the U.S., not having ketchup available for the breakfast menu feels a bit odd. Many people enjoy ketchup with their eggs, and I truly believe the Breakfast Crunch would be next level if I could add some!
It would be great if ketchup packets were available as an option.

Poor quality of food, poor restaurant atmosphere and even more appalling customer service. With about 6 people on the shift at 10 pm, the service was so slow with the store associates chatting and laughing away instead of attending to the customs. They even had a nasty smelling trash can with trash in it sitting on the floor in the middle of the store..
It’s a case of what more can I do wrong to keep customers out of the store!

I would recommend staying away from this Taco Bell location for food hygiene reasons!

Absolutely unacceptable. My friends and I went on a weekday night to get some dinner at a time not even that busy. There were a couple of people in the restaurant itself and around 5 cars in the drive thru at a time. We each ordered 2 tacos and it took 40 minutes to get. We saw 5 workers in the kitchen, most working without ANY sense of hurry at all and VERY RUDE customer service. The girl who is supposed to be working at the front keeps on going to the back, then going to the drive thru and neglecting all the people at the register inside the restaurant. The food itself was mediocre but it is unacceptable for any fast food, especially taco bell, to take that long for that amount of food for the amount of people there were.
