I usually come to the Wendy’s inside the Pilot in Milford, and every time I hope the service has improved. Today sealed it for me. I was told at the speaker that the drive-through was down, so I placed my order in the app for drive-through pickup. I pulled up, waited about five minutes with no acknowledgment, and was finally told to park and come inside. If the drive-through isn’t available, it shouldn’t be offered in the app. It’s basic customer service.
Right after this, I drove 30 seconds down the road to Taco Bell. Complete opposite experience , polite, on point, fast, and professional. That’s what customer service is supposed to look like.
This is the second negative experience with this Wendy’s in a week. I’m officially done with this location. They’ve made it clear they just don’t care.

My food was not fresh but MATT at front counter insured that it was remade. Fresh and timely !! Which I truly appreciated being this was the only meal I was eating for the day I had to be on the road for a day trip. He Took my 0 star review to 5 with his understanding and quick action. Thank you again MATT !!

Manager Miguel is very rude and unprofessional. I do not understand how they have someone in charge that cannot adequately diffuse a situation. Miguel is a poor representation of wendys and clearly hates his job. Please go teach that man some proper customer service.

1-Star Experience: The manager at this West Haven location is incredibly rude, its possible that she’s the same lady some other reviews are referring to. After being asked to park, I politely declined and mentioned that the last time i went to that store they had me wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes until i had to walk to the store to grab the order. The manager sarcastically said, ‘don’t we love these people’ and then told staff to rush me out in a very disrespectful manner. This store clearly cares more about their drive-thru timer than their customers.

I went to this Wendy’s location today and got my usual.
The prices are a little higher than every other Wendy’s I have been to, costing me about 1 extra dollar. This location is just off Interstate 95 and is at a truck stop, so it seems to me they are up charging the truckers & other area travelers, which I don’t appreciate.
The food was decent and the young lady at the drive thru was cordial, but I have experienced better at all the other Wendy’s restaurants in CT.
Overall, it was good, but could have and should have been better…
This location is extremely busy/high volume place with somewhat limited parking.

Good and quick service. Kudos on the taco salad! I loved every bite! Be careful because it’s stuffed full in that tight plastic container. I had to dump half of it into the lid in order to mix everything up. Malachai took our order and was very pleasant.

Hello I am a truck driver and I stop here to grab me a quick bite I went to Wendy which I’m still here sitting
Very unprofessional crew today I watch the manager take drive through orders and take money and then proceed to make my fries and nuggets some of the nuggets fell and she caught them in her hand and place it inside my bag. Now usually I would have walk out but I was extremely hungry so all I did was ask her to change my fries so that I can still eat
Instead of her just changing them she ask why and I explain to her I just watch you take a order and make my fries she caught a attitude and then said it will be three min for new fries I said ok
Then she proceeded to to talk in Spanish to the young lady who had gloves on saying that
I change my food because I don’t have gloves on
And I told her back in Spanish that it was very rude to talk in Spanish and tell her why she was upset to change my food
I explain to her that she never knows who speak Spanish and that this American our first language Is English respect me and the people here
Then she say you don’t want to argue I told her in Spanish I never argue I just wanted you to change my fries and don’t with a smile after I watch you! Moral of the story her hospitality was horrible and I bet next time she will be careful what she say in Spanish
I didn’t get the names but it’s 11 20 am right now there where three women and one man and only one manger lady
