(Aug 21) Our food was nice and hot and came out at pretty much the same time, but we didn’t have utensils when they brought it out so we had to wait a few minutes for them to bring them to us. It’s not a huge deal as the food was still hot, but kinda torture when the food looks so good haha. I like how beautiful the decor is. We had a good time.

If I could rate this negative stars I would. The salsa is tangy and the chicken is tough. I recently picked up an order and they gave me my order and someone else’s, I put everything in my car and said I would come back to my car for the other drinks. They then have 2 men follow me to the car and go through all my bags I have tied up lol. They then take my drinks inside and brought the same one out saying they were different “ the big guy then proceeds to mock me and I went inside to confront him and everytime we were having a conversation he would rudely begin speaking to someone else! I truly believe you should go somewhere else!

This restaurant was everything we dreamed of and more. Hot chips and fresh salsa were served throughout the whole meal. The margaritas were both strong and delicious. The food was at our table about 10 minutes from when the ticket was sent to the kitchen! The arroz con pollo was served in a large portion and had both excellent seasoning and perfectly cooked chicken. The carne asada tacos were piled high with piping protein and fresh onions, cilantro, and lime. I recommend Cholula’s to anyone playing through and will definitely be back when I’m in town next!

The absolute best restaurant in Shelbyville!! The food is amazing! Staff are absolutely wonderful!! They all need a rise!!! They are so welcoming and always there to check on you! 5 stars is not enough for this place…Its 10!!

Called order in and was ready in 15 min. Super helpful to have quick service when from out of town and running late to track meet. Staff was very friendly and food was good.

My first time eating here. My husband had eaten there once before. The salsa was so tangy, vinegar maybe? The queso dip was soured. I ordered Pollo loco. The special sauce was horrible. I couldn’t eat it and im not a picky eater. The beans and rice with my meal had queso cheese on it, soured. Thank goodness it came with a side of lettuce & sour cream. My husband said his food was fine. The server was very nice and checked on us frequently. She never asked why I didnt eat my meal though. But I rarely send food back anyway, I just dont go back.
