It was my first visit. I came in wanting a breakfast burrito to go. The guy that took my order told me what his favorite burrito was a Billy’s breakfast burrito with hashbrowns, chorizo and green chili, so that’s what I had. It was definitely a good choice, and reasonably priced. I will be coming back next time I am in Brighton.

I’ve been going to Billie’s off and on my whole life. We circled back yesterday and I got my old fave – their breakfast burrito with bacon and half gravy half green chili on top. Our server, Dana, was the one who created this epic combo many many moons ago! Great flavors and great service! Highly recommend for a “small town diner” experience.

Service was pretty good, considering they were busy. Had to ask for refills, but our server was in our area so much that there wasn’t much of a wait. Ordered a Denver omlet that was undercooked and pretty much inedible. The potatoes were ok, but had no seasoning. The pancakes were so tough that I couldn’t cut them with a fork. My wife’s Eggs Benedict was pretty good, which is why I am giving them a 2 instead of a 1. On the marquee was a notice that they needed cooks, and there was a sign inside saying that they were understaffed. When we paid our bill, we could see a lot of food waiting to be taken to tables, which would explain why none of our food was particularly hot. Overall, not a very good experience. We will not be going back.

This was my first time trying this cafe in Brighton. And I am hooked!! I love the atmosphere and the staff are friendly and pleasant. As for the food, it tastes like home. I had the chicken fried breakfast with a side biscuit. Definitely will be returning and bringing friends.

Billy’s in Brighton Colorado gets five stars across the board because of great service, great seating areas, great ambiance, great location to take your family, and great food! All five stars on everything. This is also a locally owned restaurant. I loved it! I went to breakfast on a Sunday with a friend. It was wonderful and I could see taking my children to this restaurant.

I’ve been to Billie’s before. This experience was a bit disappointing. I could tell the salad was a bag salad mix, and the mashed potatoes are instant potatoes from a box – not even real potatoes. The gravy tastes like it is the packets you buy from the store mixed with milk. My snap peas were so overcooked that they were mushy. I know they were looking for new cooks, but they need to be trained better. This is not some place I would run to again for a breakfast.

Had lunch here today, first time in Billie’s Cafe. We were seated fast, definitely practicing social distancing and keeping all safe. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered a Rueben and fries and my husband a Pork Tenderloin sandwich and onion rings. The corned beef on my sandwich was a little over cooked, but still a pretty good sandwich. The Pork Tenderloin was huge and per my husband “the bomb”, crispy, tender, just really good and so were the onion rings. Good job staff, we will be back!!!

I’m not going to lie, I really love Billy‘s. Eat here all the time. I was looking at people pictures of their food to try something new and saw the Hungryman Omlete. It looked delicious. And then I picked up my order and it looked deflated and depressing. My buddy looked at it and laughed. The omelet was tasty although looked sad. And the potatoes were cold and stale and small. It honestly looked like it was the last of the bunch (crumbs) from an hour before. I’m left still hungry and sad now. I’ll attach the photo that I saw that made me decide to get it vs what I actually got…

My family was running late and this was the only place nearby for brunch. The service was good, staff was very nice. However, the booth and the tables were sticky, the floors looked like they never been washed and the place smelled like old frying oil. The food was absolutely disgusting and horrible. I ordered the hot beef sandwich and a small pile of meat scraps covered in a gallon of over saturated gravy with soggy white bread came out. It was gross to eat and didn’t look appealing. My husband ordered the chicken dinner and it looked like a microwavable meal from Walmart smothered in white gravy. It tasted stale like it was over microwaved. The waiter was super nice and attended all our needs quite quickly. Unfortunately I won’t be back because this place left a bad taste in my mouth…
