I had an online order and I accidentally clicked the wrong location which is no biggie, because that is on me. The portion size is a little smaller compared to the other chipotle I usually go to. The employees seem to lack on communication and have troubles with time management. It took me about 15 minutes for me to get my online order. The lines were long but it was around dinner rush. I probably won’t go to this location again, by choice.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had ordering food. I made a mobile order that was to be picked up at 11:00. They didn’t open the doors until 11:10 and the informed me it would be another 30 minutes. They can’t process a refund, and the chipotle app doesn’t seem to be able to either. Managers are no help and acting like I’m in the wrong here, when they are the ones not giving me my food!

Not a bad lunch at all. I had the steak burrito and the steak was a little chewy but everything had a good flavor. I think it would have been better with some hot sauce. My wife’s chicken bowl was better, but beware, if you get guac you probably won’t taste anything else because they give you about a pound of it.

This used to be my favorite chipotle but something happens this years and they cut portion sizes in half but what’s worse is the complete apathy of the workers towards people waiting outside. They are supposed to open at 10:45 but they will leave people waiting outside long after 11 even if it’s raining or cold outside. I don’t know if it’s company policy to treat customers so badly or if it’s just the workers at this location but basic hospitality would suggest you should invite potential customers to wait inside if you’re still getting ready when the weather outside is poor. I’m disappointed and will be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

This location never opens on time. They are always acting like the meat comes directly out of their paycheck, barely giving you any. The crew is rude. I only come here because it’s the only place in town to get fresh chicken and rice if you’re watching your diet.
