0/10! MOLD!! Do not recommend this place. My chicken sandwich had VISIBLE mold on it. I called the location MANY times (i live out of town), and they have not even answered their phones. They need to educate their employees on what VISIBLE MOLD looks like! It’s not very hard. BTW, mold can make you very sick! This is just not safe!

I didn’t rate the food because I never received my order.
I went inside and used the kiosk to order.
I pushed the button to pay at counter and stood at counter.
No person was at counter, so I stood there waiting for person to come back.
Watched multiple staff talking and interacting,all still good.
After over 5 minutes a gal looks over as she had been doing and I thought finally, she will help get the counter, nope. About 30 seconds later she comes up to counter and I tell her I need to pay.
She starts looking for my order. Should be easy to find as I am the only one standing there.
I realize and ask if my order is just now going to be processed.
She says yes, it has to be paid before being made.
I tell her forget it, as long as it takes to order and pay, I cannot imagine how long before I get my order.
Just poor customer service and thankfully I hadn’t paid or I may still be standing and waiting.
I pulled across the street to KFC and was in and out in way less thN five minutes.

I get it. It’s a holiday no one wants to work but don’t take it out on the customers. I just stopped by for a breakfast burrito meal I check my bag notice they missed my sauce for my burritos. Took them a while to get and not only that I was hand cold food when I said something they all the guy had to say was merry Christmas have a good day. This place need workers that actually want to work and care what they are putting out there.

Kiosk wasn’t working. Manager came over to help. She was so nice and so helpful. I worked at this store almost 40 years ago. Food isn’t as good as back then but I still enjoy going into this McDonald’s. It was a completely different building when I worked there.

Girl at the window said ” im not taking your order unless its a mobile or doordash” so i placed a mobile order and sat for 10 minutes just to roll up to the window and say that shes not taking my order anyway because she thought i yelled at her even though i never did?? idk what her problem is but that bald girl needs to go she’s horrible

Went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 large caramel frappes. When the lady handed me the drinks, I was shocked to see them filled maybe 3/4 full. I asked her why they were so low, and she said it was a new rule. Now, they have to fill them to a certain line on the cup, which is clearly 2 inches below the top rim of the cup. So, after the whipped cream is added, it still doesn’t come up to the dome of the cup. For the price you pay for these, I really felt like I was getting ripped off. The amount could have fit into a small cup. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on for these.

Don’t recommend this place took me 47 minutes to get food and worker was rude and even had enough nerve to get hateful with me and ask me if I have ever been to McDonald’s before. But since used app and already paid for food had to wait for it. They didn’t even try to make it right just left me waiting for food for 30 minutes before I had to go through drive again this place sucks

when it comes to picking up an order for a customer, I usually have to wait or dont even get any help. I felt like I had to remind them I was there for a door dash order.
