I come here often but at this point I might as well stop. Customer service is okay at best and food is mediocre. My issue with them is they screw up too much and don’t do adequate guest recovery when they do. My last visit I ordered a burger, fries and nuggets. Didn’t realize until I got home that I didn’t have my burger. Drove back, explained the situation to manager and asked that the entire meal be remade because I didn’t receive the correct order to begin with on top of driving home and having to drive back. Manager asked to see the bag that the order was in; I walk back to my car to grab the bag while simultaneously realizing I’d already eaten the nuggets and fries during the drives.At that point didn’t quite expect those items to be remade but then again….CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had the order been correct from the get go, this wouldn’t be a situation. Was only given a burger and that was cold from the moment I got back to the car and took a bite. Chik-Fil-A would never do some crap like this. I’ve been given more for less of an inconvenience. You get what you pay for I guess ♂️

Unfortunately there seems to be a complete lack of care for delivery orders. I placed 2 orders in one day. The first order was missing an entire sandwich and all 3 drinks were made incorrectly. Ordered on Door dash. I then placed another order, for only 2 items, and you won’t believe it, that one was wrong too. Nuggets and a burger and we couldn’t get it correct. Can’t get a simple 10 piece correct. Is it because the customer can’t come in and complain, because it’s doordash, that causes this level of not caring? Management? I can’t imagine ownership would be okay with it. But maybe they are as well. Who knows. Either way, your money is much better spent at the McDonald’s across the street.

I came through the drive thru on a Tuesday around 6:15 pm ie dinner time. The girl at the window was extremely rude. I was asked to pull up because “we waitin on meat”. I asked for ketchup.. she rolled her eyes and said “it’ll be in the bag”. All you sell is meat so what’s the issue? The girl inside was cleaning the tables but using her dirty phone. I had to go back in to get a sauce that they forgot and the guy comes from around the corner looking high as a kite like I’m the one causing a disturbance. I literally asked him if he was good because why are you staring at me when I politely asked for something you forgot? Stop hiring anybody with a pulse and train your staff properly! Good is too expensive to get be getting shitty service AND food.

Went through the drive-thru around 1:00 p.m. on 3/4/26 and asked for a biggie bundle. The staff member proceeded to ask me what sauce I wanted so I was a little confused. So I clarified that I wanted the biggie bundle with the two sandwiches. She proceeded to tell me that’s what she rung up. I was still confused cuz she has not had me for the second sandwich. She just told me to pull up to the window and I was thinking she wanted to clarify tne order. She just threw a bag in my hand. Just looked on my bank card and found out I was charged for a biggie bundle but she only gave me a biggie bag. Basically stole money from me.

This Windy’s has diminished in quality of product.
This particular restaurants atmosphere is also as drab as the serounding community that is a far cry from 60 years ago.
Then this community was thriving.
I only ordered French Fry’s.
They were sogy and dripping with burnt seed oil They tasted like card board.

The service was ok. I went through the drive thru. The people at both windows were very nice. The wait in line was very slow.
The food was awful, overcooked, and it’s a search for the meat. I was extremely disappointed in the food. A $6.45 meal in the trash. I only took pictures of the burger. Wished I had taken pictures of the nuggets and fries.

I have been to this location three times in the past week, and they have not been open at 7am as advertised online. There are no advertised times on any window or door. I have arrived different times between 7:15 am and 8:05am. I do not believe this location serves breakfast.

This particular Wendy’s has to be THE WORST one I’ve EVER been to. Which really sucks bc it’s in my neighborhood. I’ve given them chance after chance but I will no longer spend my hard earned money here or give their mediocre luke warm food to my family again. Do better Wendy’s. Hire better.

The burger is very dry and seems to be hours old and there wasn’t any cinnamon Pull-A-Part needs a change of management will not be going there seems like they do whatever they want and I sure miss Wendy’s and arrived there for a visit to give them props and this is the quality of service I get just because I have a takeout order so I feel like they just gave me scraps unacceptable

Service was absolutely terrible. The drive-thru worker at around 3:23 PM on October 12, 2025, had a horrible attitude — rushing us to order, then telling us we couldn’t add anything once we got to the window. When she called the shift leader, she did it with pure attitude, saying, “Girl, they wanna take something,” like we were the problem. Completely unprofessional.
The line was backed up so bad other cars couldn’t even move up, and honestly, this location is just getting worse. Every time we try to give this place another chance, the same thing happens — rude service, bad communication, and food that’s not even worth it anymore.
It’s frustrating paying for service like this. Management needs to step in and get better staff or better training because this store has become a total disappointment.
