Omg I just HAVE to leave a review for Elena at IHOP because she was literally the sweetest ever
First of all, from the second we sat down, she was so welcoming and had the best energy. You can tell when someone actually likes their job and cares about people, and that’s 100% her. She was smiling the whole time, checking on us without being annoying, and making sure everything was perfect.
Our drinks were never empty (which is rare tbh), and she got our order completely right. Even when we asked for extra stuff and little changes, she didn’t make us feel like we were being difficult at all. She was just like “of course!” and handled it so smoothly.
And the vibe?? Immaculate. She made the whole experience feel fun and comfortable, like we were being taken care of by a friend. It honestly made the food taste better because the service was that good.
If you go to IHOP, ask for Elena. She deserves a raise, a promotion, and the best tips ever. 10/10 experience because of her ✨

I had an amazing experience at IHOP thanks to Tj! From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly nice and welcoming. He had such a joyful tone and positive energy that it honestly made the whole meal even better. You can tell he truly cares about giving great service.

Keyli was honestly the best part of my visit to IHOP. She was super friendly and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. She checked on our table at the right times and made sure everything tasted good. You can tell she actually cares about her customers because she paid attention to the little things and stayed patient the whole time. The food was good, but her service is what made it stand out. I would definitely come back and ask for her again.

Jessica is very sweet and pleasant. She brought our food hot, plated well and clean. It tastes so good that both me and my son finished every bit of it. She delivered great service with beautiful smile, deserves more than 5 star.
I want to note tho that when we walked in, there’s a sign that says, “please wait to be seated”. However, after sitting for 10 mins nobody came. I decided to walk in and showed myself, only then someone came to attend to us. Not a good first impression but thankfully Jessica’s service overpower that impression so we left happy.

Absolutely terrible experience at IHOP.
My food came out cold like it had been sitting there forever. Then they brought me food I NEVER ordered and had the nerve to tell me I still had to pay for it because it was “already made.” That is not my problem. If you mess up, YOU fix it.
On top of that, they forgot my actual order and made me repeat myself multiple times like nobody was paying attention. The waitress clearly wasn’t listening and didn’t seem to care at all. Zero professionalism. Zero effort.
The whole place felt disorganized and careless. If you can’t get a simple order right, you shouldn’t be working there.

I came here with my family Sunday , Katie was the worst server I’ve ever had at this location. She was too busy to acknowledge my family’s needs when another server brought us our food. She didn’t come check on us for 30 minutes. No refills , no condiments just the check. All the tables around us was waiting for things nobody drinks. She was very unpleasant and we didn’t feel welcome. We won’t ever come here again.

We stopped after a long day of traveling. I had a senior breakfast of bacon, two eggs, hash browns, and multi grain toast. I had points on the IHOP app for a free short stack. My husband had the senior fish and fries. I had plenty though I was hungry and took home the toast for the next day. Temperature of the food was just right. Jacob, our server, was excellent.

Gluten Free Pancakes!! My daughter and I came here for an afternoon lunch. She’s on a gluten free diet for health reasons and she loves the gluten free pancake options here. The restaurant was clean and quiet. Our server Shalinda was one of the best we’ve ever had. She had the whole place to herself and didn’t miss a thing. She was so sweet and helpful. Didn’t overlook a classic like IHOP!
