Staff is always sweet. I don’t like the new menu, I rather see all options than use my phone while behind the wheel. Why use an app when im looking at the menu screen, I think that should change. Also the poison spray at the window is smelly maybe a natural or something.

Dana is absolutely amazing to deal with! I look forward working with her when I come in the mornings to get my coffee, she’s very friendly and always makes you feel welcome. Now Gina, you do not talk to your employees the way I heard you talking to her. Someone that does such an amazing job with customer service deserves so much more than the attitude I heard coming out of your mouth. I was absolutely disgusted. Every time I visit this Dunkin’, they completely mess up my order. Their iced coffee is either a cup of milk or tastes like garbage. Today, I ordered a wake-up wrap and a strawberry frosted donut and got a Boston cream donut instead and a bald strawberry donut, And the staff always have an attitude like I owe them something. This place is consistently awful, and I’m done giving them chances. Avoid this location if you can.

We’ve been going to this location for some time, the folks working are usually friendly and upbeat. My issue is the cups and lids that are being used. It seems like they’re using cheaper lids and cups. The cups seem to be wrapped in a Dunkin logo the lids don’t fit right and they are thin. My friggin hands, and car and desk are covered in coffee. Lame.

When i walked in I got the atmosphere felt off the girl at the counter was really nice but the manager on duty was complaining about the espresso machines being down and that the gm won’t do anything about b.c it doesn’t was her to effect her bonus. This place needs to management. I will not be coming back here again and the food was not fully cooked just a big glob of cream cheese.

Thank you for the burnt Stuff Plain Bagel Mini’s. I would have brought them back, but I was already home. You looked at them and tell they were over cooked so it bothers me that you would still serve them to me. Instead of cooking more even if I had to wait longer. Very disappointed in the quality of the food today.

We are daily patrons and our order is usually ready when they see us pull in the lot. Great staff with upbeat personalities and friendly faces. We have locations closer to our home but these employees are unmatched and we prefer them over a more convenient location.
