The food was typical BK, which I get a craving for from time to time. The service was VERY slow, but the employees were very courteous. The customers in front of me ordered Whoppers. They paid, only to find out that BK was out of Whoppers! Orders had to be changed, and refunds were given. What a horrible visit

Literally had me pull up saying they would bring my order out and I sat out there for almost 20 minutes before going back through the drive thru and coincidentally it was just getting done right then yet all of my food was cold and bagged up on the counter for 10 minutes. If I had known it was my food I would’ve got it or went in before hand and said something.

This Burger Kings has now given me the wrong food twice in a row. The worker actually said my order as she handed me the bag of food, but the bag had someone elses food or in any case not what I ordered and not what the worker said was in the bag when she handed it to me. The last time they did get my order right it took 4 workers about 10.minutes to get it ready when I was the only customer there. The service here makes no effort, does not care about their jobs or their customers. They are all just hanging out until their shift ends. Pathetic.

Shame what this BK has become. Always was my favorite place to come. Now not so much. The girl waiting on me was great. But, no ice in the self-service soda, no carbonation for the soda, the area looked like a garbage bag exploded. My onion rings were cold but my sandwich was as hot as lava (microwaved to long).

First let me say there is young lady manager with glasses who’s very good with customers and is always working hard. On the other hand there is a complete jerk that looks like Joe exotic the tiger King with his bad blonde dye job and costume earrings that messed up our order 3 times then accused us saying we were just wanting free food when the food we was short was laying there waiting to be bagged with no customers waiting so we were completely understanding and polite bc the cashier seemed new and like she was training so we were not upset about the 3 items missing but tiger king started yelling at his employees as we were leaving like they were just handing us free food that we didn’t pay for. Will say though all the other employees have always been very friendly but he has no class to talk about customers before they leave and yell at other employees the way he does.

First time I’ve had BK breakfast in a while. It will probably be the last. It was extremely hot. Had that fresh out of the microwave feel. The hash browns were bitter and had that old grease taste. The croissant looked like it had been sat on. It was not fluffy and appetizing. The burrito was not bad, but it was still 1200 degrees. I threw away 2/3 of it in the Sheetz trash can.

If I could rate their food and service, no stars, I would! Ordered 2 spicy chicken wraps and 2 original and a coke. The wraps only had a small strip of chicken on them and they were very messy! I’m posting pics of the wraps… The “coke” was seltzer water or something and the lady working drive-thru was very rude!

The slowest “fast food” you could ever get. Takes an average of 20 minutes from order to receiving your food. Workers are always clearly over it. Management needs to get a grip, pay their people more, or get new ones.

Added a iced coffee after paid for order,.. and and while picking up our food, no complaints they took the extra time with a smile!! Price is climbing but that’s not employees fault
