My boyfriend and I ate here after a long day of driving and came in closer to close around 9:00pm. The service was amazing, our waitress was attentive and the food came out quicker than expected and was delicious! I will recommend this place to anyone traveling to TC!

We ate and drank at seven monks on a Tuesday night during cherry festival when weird Al performed and had a good time. I thoroughly enjoyed the truffle fries and diner kebob. The pickled onions weren’t too strong at all nor was the garlic. I love how many beer choices they have on tap!

We came late on a Sunday. Our server was so kind and patient with my friends and I. Wonderful atmosphere. We had the pretzel bites – amazing. I had the chicken strips and fried – tasty. I had the Monk’s Berry Hard Lemonade – very delicious. I would definitely come back!

Absolutely love going here. Good burgers good sandwiches great service. A shame I didn’t take any photos. I honestly thought I reviewed this already. They usually have 30+ taps of beer on the wall. Good selection, great beer bar! is definitely hopping when it’s tour season. But otherwise reasonably approachable either way worth the effort to get in there. If you wanna drink a beer, have a conversation eat a burger or catch one of the games on the TV.

Seven Monk’s is a taproom with many beers on tap along with ciders and cocktails. Many Traverse City favorites are available and new creations, as well. A few of the tables up front are self serve, so if you dont like the service, it’s you own fault ! Lol ! Most of the tables have friendly servers. There are happy hour specials on food and drinks and a mug club for more frequent flyers ! We had the grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough with bacon and the Mac n cheese with pork BBQ. Both were large and tasty! We had several types of drinks including cocktails , amber ale, and ciders all on tap ! The parmesan popcorn was also a hit! We played Euchere and watched the Winter Olympics and enjoyed a relaxing evening with a view out the front windows! Never saw a monk , but felt bless6 to be here !

Love this place! It’s our go-to spot on Monday nights for the smash burger special. Great happy hour as well. Huge selection of beers on tap, and cocktails too! Staff is super friendly and provides excellent service. Did I mention the smash burgers?!?!?! Best in town.

We visited Seven Monks Taproom on New Year’s Eve, and it absolutely lived up to its reputation as one of the best places to watch a football game! The atmosphere was lively, and there was a great selection of craft beers that everyone at our table enjoyed.
We started with the pretzel bites, which were so phenomenal we had to order another round. For entrees, we tried the chicken pot pie, chicken sandwich, and chicken tenders. While the chicken sandwich was a bit overdone, everything else was outstanding.
Highly recommend this spot for the great food, drinks, and game-day vibes!

Servers worked as a team & checked on us the perfect amount (thanks Wesley!). Loved thewarm wood decor & family friendly/borderline boisterous vibe.
