I always go to the Terry Street Little Caesars to buy the say pizza “ultimate supreme” is absolutely great, great cooking skills but they truly need more staff.
Today I went again and there were only 2 visible people working which makes it seem like is a work for 4 or 5 people being done by one person, at least there should be a different person for each job and maybe they should be a little more nice to the customers.

Ask the lady where my crazy bread was . She said she was looking . She was just standing there.

Insane wait time on the app versus ordering and paying with cash in person. App, 40 minute + wait time. In person, less then 20 minutes!!! Why? How? Makes zero sense. I literally watch not one but TWO families order any pay in store while I sat and waited 40 minutes to receive my order. Both of those families had their orders before me. Absolutely no excuse for this.

Worse Little Ceasers ever! Call in a order and they always say they’re out of sauce, pepperoni’s or out of cheese. Place an order, they always tell you it’ll be ready in 15 minutes that’s a joke; they say they never got order. Heard over and over we’re busy and it’ll be an hour or two. What did it was got pizza that was cold, half of it had no sauce and staff could care less and say go somewhere else like Domino’s they are pretty good. Does a favor and close the place before someone gets food poisoning.

This location needs new management. To lead a closing team of high school students. Shouldn’t take over a hour for cheap pizza. When I arrived it took 10 minutes for someone to greet me. And when they finally did I seen them passing something off with one another and it’s one of them weed pens. So the whole shift was high and moving slow. And when I received my food it was cold.. do better!

Normally I don’t have anything bad to say about this location except for their wait times. They are not what they typically say. It’ll be 10-15 mins and you wait 30-45 mins. If it’s hot fine but be honest.
Also, I normally order ahead and pick up from the kiosk machine, BUT today I had a gift card and went inside. The one thing I LOVE from Little Caesars is the Italian Cheese Bread & they messed that up. I ordered a classic pep and the Italian cheese bread with a cup of garlic. Here’s what I got. Honestly should have taken it back.
