Long time follower and first time diner this past week (1/14/2026). Ordered the Rangoon and combo pad Thai and wowza!!! Super fast delivery of food, super hot, tasty, delicious and HUGE portions! I’ll be eating pad Thai for a week! Not complaining! Great bargain for the buck. The atmosphere is a little plain but I went for the grub. Bill came to $26. Highly recommend.

They had a line when we got there, but we still got a table quite quickly. The food was prompt, the service friendly and helpful. Someone was always going about cleaning and refreshing the table items.

I absolutely love their London Road location!! It is so gorgeous and definitely an upgrade from the Central Entrance! Good for them!!! My server was so sweet and the food was amazing! I ordered a Vietnamese coffee, potstickers, and the special combination Pho! Total came out to $34.12 (without tip) so pricing is fair! I 100% recommend checking them out!!

Refreshing but plain spring rolls. Lightly spicy but very nutty sauce.
Everything thing was great texture-wise and all full of flavor. A bit of a kick with how spicy the hue style noodle soup was but still tasty. Very good portion sizes.

Went to the London road. Was busy but alot of empty tables and employees. Front entrance serves to go and to be seated which was complete chaos. Also, the kitchen is there and waitresses are rudely pushing through the people. Our Waitress was extremely rude from the beginning. I received my curry chicken. EXTREMELY HOT!!! Was not told to be careful. my husband got crispy chicken, dry fried chicken) asked for utensils, she tossed them over my shoulder to the table. No water refills. My curry chicken was Soupy, bland and potatoes were not cooked. Husband chicken was dry, fried chicken.

Duluth is lucky to have a place like Phoholic! I’ve been a fan for quite some time now. I had lunch at the new location today and it was wonderful! They haven’t skipped a beat! The staff is wonderful, food is consistently excellent, and the portions are big so I always have some for later. Will still visit the original location, dispite the parking lot for the curry! New location is awesome. Keep up the fantastic job!

There was a 45 minute wait to get in, but some things are worth waiting for. If you love pho, you’ve absolutely got to try this place out. This place sets the bar so high with some of the best broth I’ve ever had. No additives required. Food came out promptly after we were seated. Super friendly waitress gave suggestions & helped make dipping sauce. 10/10 dining experience.

This was my first visit to Phoholic with my family, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The menu offers a wide variety of options, the ingredients were fresh, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Service was attentive and welcoming, and the flavors were authentic. My personal favorite was the shrimp Pad Thai, especially with their house-made chili sauce, which added the perfect touch. I also love supporting family-owned businesses, and I’m excited to try their beautiful new second location soft opening this week. Duluth is lucky to have such a fantastic Vietnamese dining option. I highly recommend Phoholic and will certainly be returning. Bonus : Some of the servers also look like those handsome K-pop singers. 🙂

My first time at the Pho restaurant and it was delicious! I was seated right away and my order came out quickly. I’ve had Pho many times and this was right up there as a top choice. My order came out in a nice big bowl filled with a good portion of pork and shrimp and many egg rolls. If I have one critique it’s that the prices are higher than I’m used to paying and oh that front lot is just silly.
