I would not recommend anyone ho here all of my food was messed up from the appetizers to the main course. My food looked like it was made two days ago i ordered the four cheese mac with the honey garlic tenders I have ordered this dish many times from different Applebees restaurants this particular one used different noodles and it wasn’t even the normal cheese they used Alfredo sauce changed the whole meal from its description and on top of that all our food was cold. I havea family of five my food was wrong my wifes food was cold she ordered the riblets with seasoned mash potatoes. Appetizers crispy chicken tacos ordered without the sauce and slaw when I got them they had the sauce and slaw on them their attention to the customers detail sucked and after all of that I didnt even eat my food I told the waiter I didn’t want my food my bill was a few dollars shy of $100.00 not worth the time money or experience 0 out of 10 all around rating! Oh yeah and I never once saw the manager on duty?

My husband and I stopped here for lunch. Big mistake! The floors were sticky along with the tables. Everything was grungy. The waitress was missing her teeth. We ordered the two for 25. My husband tried the new queso burger and I ordered the Grilled Chicken with Spanish rice. They used regular cheese on his skillet instead of queso and the burger stuck to the skillet! His fries weren’t cooked through. My plate was scalding hot and the rice was in rubbery, dried clumps. When I lifted my grilled chicken off the plate it was burnt black underneath. Horrible!

The service 3 stars is more about the server. Places today seem to hire folks that cannot represent their brand. I see it more and more in stores and restaurants piercings, tattoos, dirty nails, and bad teeth does not a hostess or waitress make. Waited over 10 minutes for a lemonade. appetizers and salad came out before. Asked waitress about the drink a few times and she just kept saying they take a while because of the syrups…she didn’t go and follow up with the bartender once. Had to ask another waitress for help who we saw ask the bartender and he made it, other waitress got it brought over quickly. Drink was warm. Caesar salad was wilty and not fresh looking. Original Waitress disappeared pretty much the rest of the night, friends waited a while for refills and I didn’t finish my food because it wasn’t hot by the time my drink came, no sense in free refills for lemonades when it took so long to get the first cup. Subpar food and staff too busy chatting to themselves or disappearing to the back, not even busy. 20$ for a disappointing meal and service. Thank you to the blond waitress in pink who helped us!

The music was at a decent volume. The music selection was diverse. The servers were very nice. Genuine smiles say a lot about a business and their vibe was contagious! We had a great time with friends and Applebee’s was a great choice!!!

I hadn’t eaten Applebee’s in a really long time. But decided to go. Glad I did. The hot honey chicken skillet was very delicious. Service was awesome 5 out 5 stars

The Manager Lauren was very respectful. She helped with a lot of things.
Our waiter Michelle was excellent as well. She made sure our drinks were topped off and brought our food out quick. Her personality was amazing as well.

After doing some furniture hunting on the weekend and coming up with nothing, we decided to eat at Applebee’s.
Walking in we were immediately greeted with happiness by the hostess. I must say the lady who seated us was nothing but a breath of fresh air to communicate with. She made the initial experience a great one.
We waited for almost 10 minutes before our waitress arrived. It wasn’t too much of a problem for me and I didn’t notice it until the wife mentioned it. We were talking so the time seemed to go fast in my mind.
By the time she came we already knew everything that we wanted. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer along with our meal.
The drinks came but the appetizer did not make it. By the time we got the food, the appetizer just a footnote in memory.
No big deal on my end or for.my wife. I just want to make sure that we weren’t charged for it ultimately in the end.
The food was good. The wife said her food was good . Her only issue was her mac and cheese didn’t have very much cheese on it , although she says it tasted good. For me, it was my typical expectation when going to Applebee’s. Nothing was off with my food.
The waitress on the other hand, was a different story. She seemed to be new or had some internal issue with us or was extremely overwhelmed.
Usually when the food is brought to the table, they take a little bit of time to figure out who ordered what. She came to the table and just put both meals down and left.
I normally am able to get refills of my drink but with the lack of her presence I was left thirsty, while eating the ribs.
To her credit, she did ask how the food was but at this point everything was almost long ago eaten.
And at the end of the meal before the bill was even in my hand she was asking to process my credit card.
When she brought it back she only had one part of the receipt. Of course the one with the tip but the breakdown of what we paid for, I had to ask for. I wanted to make sure that we were not charged for the appetizer.
All in all my experience there was ok food wise. Customer service from the waitress was a two-star. I had no idea if she was being rude or if she was that overwhelmed but she wasn’t attentive. The hostess was six stars without question. Either way it didn’t ruin my evening out with my wife, whose drink I’m told was strong. But that’s a different story.
