We had a great experience in this restaurant. We book a big table for a big family group. The waitress was very polite, attentive and friendly. She explained very well the dishes
The food is super tasty and portions are very big matching well its price. The Bieramissu is a must!!! Super delicious! And the atmosphere very relaxing, well decorated, big tables and spacious. We cant wait to comeback soon.

Absolutely loved Rathaus Brauerei Luzern — the location is unreal, right on the waterfront with gorgeous mountain views all around. It genuinely feels like you’re eating inside a postcard.
I had the Barbecue mariniertes Schweins Langrippenkotelett (barbecue-marinated pork long rib chop) and added Spätzle (egg noodles/dumpling-style noodles) — so tender, flavourful, and comforting. My husband had the Rathaus Bier Würstli (150g) (Rathaus beer sausages) with Rösti (Swiss potato rosti), and it was exactly the hearty Swiss meal you want in Lucerne. We also shared a Brezel (pretzel) with Aufschnitt (cold cuts) and Salat (salad) — I don’t remember the exact dish name, but it was perfect for sharing.
And the beers were just as good: we tried their dark Christmas blend Weihnachtszeit (Christmas-time seasonal dark beer), and I also had the Rathaus Bier Naturtrüb (naturally cloudy/unfiltered beer) — both were excellent.
LOVED all of it. Would happily come back.

This is a very nice restaurant by Lake Lucerne, close to the Chapel Bridge. I sat indoors because it was too cold outside. Walk-ins were available when I visited.
There was a lady with beautiful long green hair who took care of us, and she provided excellent service. She asked me where I was from and served me Thai chili. She even spoke a few Thai words to me, asking if I was enjoying the food and saying thank you.
I was very surprised that she could speak our language, and it was truly one of the best service experiences I’ve had in Switzerland. I would like to recommend this restaurant to Thai people and guests of any nationality. She will definitely impress you and make you enjoy the food even more.

Had lunch here a couple of Friday’s ago at the recommendation of our Viking tour guide. The beer soup was exceptionally good as was the pretzel, bratwurst, and beer. Such a historic setting, including two water fountains inside the establishment. Service was very good and the prices were reasonable.

We had a great experience here! The location is fantastic because it is right on the water with a great view of the bridge. The service was very nice and fast. The food was also very good. We ordered the roasted chicken and the original bratwurst with potatoes and both were super tasty! I think the best part about the meal was that they seated us on a large round table with a few other gentlemen and we made some great friends and got great recommendations for our time here in Luzern. We ought to join tables more in the states, it was lovely to meet new people over a meal.

Nice little restaurant next to the river. Very unique architecture inside. Had the Cordon Blue veal with noodles, and the Sausages with sourkraut. Both meals were delicious and paired well with their house lager. A little bit on the expensive side, but none the less delicious.

Great food with a view of the water and people. The bratwurst, spatzelle and pork chop were all perfectly cooked and had good flavor. Definitely a good spot to stop in Lucerne. The house beer was good as well. Outside is first come first serve, but inside takes reservations.

Food was amazing, our server was great, but be warned- the red lights in the outdoor seating are NOT heat lamps. Just red stage lights. They do have blankets but we definitely thought they were heat lamps. The food was worth it so highly recommend!
