Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They have a nice scam going of not accepting walk-in orders at peak times and forcing you to order online. This allows them to completely rip you off, then they claim they can’t refund you or fix your order because it was placed online, and you have to contact corporate for a refund or place a second order. Total joke. We ordered two bowls the same way with double rice, sofritos, beans, double fajita veggies, double salsa, double corn, and single mild sauce. We got half scoops (at most) of everything, not even normal portions, and it was swimming in tons of hot sauce. These were the smallest bowls I’ve ever got in my life. Also ordered chips and 2 tortillas on the side, which, of course, they didn’t include. Avoid this location at all costs…

I was in Chipotle’s around 7:00 (I’m not sure what time they close ) and the food looked like it had been sitting for quite sometime, it did not look fresh at all (beans, rice and especially the meat) . I put my hand up to let the guy who was about to wait on me to tell him nevermind that the food did not look fresh but as soon as I said the food doesn’t look good he told me that was fine with him because it wasn’t his fault (I didn’t say it was his fault ) he continued to let me know he had nothing to do with it. I left, usually Chipotle is good so maybe they were close to closing but that was definitely not a good day. I went to Texas Roadhouse instead because I knew they would make my food fresh.

Dear Chipotle,
I am a regular customer of yours. Usually weekly. I appreciate your ingredient standards and ability to accommodate my many allergies. However, tonight I have never been more disgusted with the appearance of the store and they way we were treated at the Springfield OH store. We were in line for over 30 minutes, during which time, the workers (there were 4 of them) were shouting out what they had run out of for the night. (It was 6pm). Items included guacamole and chips and they were saying forms of payment had to be exact cash or card only. Ok, fine, we were willing to keep waiting. Then its our turn to order. Instead of taking our order, the worker behind the counter makes an announcement to everyone in line that they are no longer accepting in person orders, and that you have to place a digital order from then forward due to “staff shortage”. After we got up to the counter, we saw the horrendous condition of the kitchen, the counters, the trash cans and overall condition of the food (posted below). Sure doesn’t make me want to continue my loyalty to you and your stores. SMH.

Every time I visit family up this way, I grab a meal here because I never remember how bad it is. Then I see the meal. By far the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. The rice is dry and the protein is always super overcooked, especially the carne asada. I never understood why my family prefers Hot Head until I went to this location. Now I get it. Here’s my food from the last time I ordered online and picked up from the restaurant.

Literally will never eat here again.. if you think this place is better than Hot Head. WRONG.
They gave me hot sauce instead of mild and it was literally so hot it wasn’t edible. My entire bowl was basically hot sauce. No sour cream, corn, or fajita vegetables that I asked for. Waited for my food 30 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. Only good thing about it was the online customer service refunded me for the inconvenience but I really don’t know how you mess up an order that bad.

Ordered lunch to go while out running some errands. I got the burrito bowl with brown rice, chicken, and pico. I was disappointed with the meal. The chicken had virtually no flavor. The rice was good. There was some spice and flavor in the pico. A very underwhelming dish. I won’t get this again. Hot head bowls are much better.
